I've been searching for this dang song for 20 years. If I'd known it was from a Pokemon movie I would've found it a lot sooner. (No, I didn't notice the obvious reference to Pokemon in the lyrics.)

I can't help but think of Merill racing with other water pokemon in the short before the movie.... god I miss when pokemon was so good...in the manga (Pikachu Shocks Back), Games (Pokemon Blue and Silver) and on TV..the first two Johto and Kanto were the best....I had the pleasure of experiencing it in my childhood 90's girl forever!~

Ive seen this movie probably 50+ times at this point in my life(31) and I have never heard this song in my life. I was jamming out to Billy Crawfords theme earlier in the day, and this song started playing in my pocket later on out of nowhere. It has been stuck in my head for 3 hours.
