I'll be going to Residential tomorrow for the first time. I'm very anxious and scared. I've been through PHP to IOP but now I'm heading to Res for the first time because I was struggling so much in IOP. This blog makes me feel alittle better 💖

i don't mean to bombard ur comment section and honestly im just venting and will probably delete my comment but i just feel so lost. I've been struggling for such a long time, i've had countless therapists and none of them have helped in the slightest. i feel like going to some type of treatment center MIGHT(?) help but that's also too scary because i have a baby and i need to be present for my baby.. But at the same time i feel like i'm getting worse and that's also not good for my baby. i just feel like my issue is damned if i do damned if i don't and i'm not sure who to talk to
She went to an alsana I went to the one in Thousand Oaks CA and it was really helpful I would 100% recommend them. But for Inpatient or residential it depends on your health condition at the time I recommend calling a residential for an evaluation and they work with your general doctor to see if your well enough for it because residential is a way more positive experience
You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

what center did you go to? What was your opinion on that center and do you think that inpatient or residential is best?
