Oh wow. Keith in full retail manager mode. Expecting his crew to work at normal pace despite being a man down, barking orders at them, faster faster faster, then calling a guy to come to work when he should be spending time with his family. I've seen this a thousand times in a supermarket, let alone on a crab boat!

Why was the window a priority in calm seas? Should’ve finished setting, while calling the 5th deckhand to meet the boat at the dock after all the pots are off…I guess floating the deckhand on a raft makes for better drama 😂
