Thank you seekingthebuilder for your comment. It was mainly Hootao's generous co-operation that he did try to shooot the way i wanted. ( i live in shanghai and he's in japan). In fact he did more than I asked and i'm nvery grateful for that.

Hootao studied “老八掌”with劉玉萍老師who was at北京体育学院武術教研室in1986-7.That was the base of this particular form though,also this“老八掌”was allegedly handed down to李天驥老師.Hootao used some of the moves that he learned at that time to perform this form, so it may exhibit some of the 沙式 characteristic."
