Thank you all so much for all the kind words! I really appreciate them all and it's hard to get back to all of you, just know I really appreciate it all. Loads of work went into this video (and all the previous from this trip and the one that comes out next week) and I am very happy to see you achknowledge that! THANK YOU!
Incredible! I'm going this summer but can't find a ship that will allow drones, even if I get a permit. Do you have any advice for me please? Thanks so much ! Phil
All your videos are a meditation to me Mads. The beautiful music and gorgeous images. I feel I am in a dream. Thank you so much. Your videos have changed my life. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love how you always just express your joy! No "keep it professional and neural" - just you enjoying the amazing landscape and sharing the joy of photography. ❤ Not to mention the actual helpful and informative comments on settings and composition 😊
some youtubers make you feel proud for just following them. the things they accomplish makes you feel proud as a follower. and Mads is one of them. the appreciation you have for nature and photography is amazing.
At 4:05 it looks like a frozen Viking warrior with a sword on his back to me....cool shot, so to speak.... I think this is my favorite episode you have ever shared. So many great photos Mads. Thanks for sharing!!
Spectacular! Yup, one man''s dilapidated shack is a treasure trove for James Popsys. The extra imagery at the end was incredible. Nice that you were able to stay awake. Carry on. 👍🥂
I absolutely agree with: Greenland has a breathtaking coastline. 🤩+😍 It’s hard to write a serious comment - and epic is a valid word to describe it 😊 To be honest, I could watch your videos and your enthusiasm 300 instead of 30 minutes. 😄
The ice at 21:53 is extraterrestrial. Thanks for this very enjoyable video Mads. I think I understand how difficult it was to work out compositions. I guess made all the more challenging due to the zodiac and other passengers. It is great to hear and watch your story Mads and get a different perspective to both ND and JP's.
I do wish that I could afford to travel to such exotic locations and capture lots of epic images. But I still feel blessed to be in Texas with all of it's many diverse ecosystems and various landscapes. Lots of natural beauty to behold right here in my home state.
Beyond unbelievable! What a privilege to watch that, I can’t even imagine what it must be like to visit there in person! Epic is an understatement! I love your videos and photography 👌
I watch this channel for photography tips, and beautiful scenery, but what really keeps me coming back is your energy and absolute joy at seeing all these beautiful places and getting The Shot. Never change! 😊
WOW… Just WOW! this is beyond epic. Thank you so much for sharing your joy for photography and putting so much work into showing how beautiful our planet is.
Outstanding imagery, and great technical advice. I've been to Kulusuk on the east coast so can testify to it being a fab place. Denmark and the Faroes are also lovely. 😊😊
Those last photos of that gigantic iceberg brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for showing the beauty of this world, it’s so necessary to see the beauty in it when there’s so much going on that isn’t beautiful. I think you have made yourself worth of a coffee! Thank you Mads!
i am literally in awe!!!! your 3 youtube channels together, about this trip, has been absolutely mind blowing! so many different perspectives and approches, and incredibly beautiful shots! thank you all so so much, for sharing your experiences, tips, tricks and epic pieces of art about our world.
Hi Mads, this kind of photo trips, when 3 photographers get together and visit and photograph the same places, are just so incredibly valuable, because everyone has a different photographic view of the same place. It's so great to watch and also to get the different approaches. I've already seen Nigels and your video, now I'm still missing James. Great pictures and drone sequences. Just like always in your content.
This video is jaw-droppingly beautiful. The music and slow-mo together really expresses the serenity of tbe scenery! Top work Mads, as always!. Incidentally, did you rescue the poor drowned snowman at 4:06 😁
Absolutely incredible images Mads, first time I have seen Nigel and James almost speechless 😂 hard to single out individual images but the shot of you, the ship and the mountains in the mist @16:03 was breathtaking. The tabular icebergs at the end were stunning and probably a once in a lifetime moment 🤯 you’ll have to tell me what wine you were on, I’ll give it a go with some ice 🍷😉 😂 I have to agree that was an epic experience 👌
Wow this photo adventure to Greenland will be etched in your memory forever! Epic shots of the sheer grandeur of the landscape with the breathtaking icebergs and mountains. Amazing 🤩😎
Hey Mads, absolutely stunning and epic photos. There is nothing more to add here. Maybe only one thing. We all are living on an amazing world with such beautiful places all over the world. Thanks for showing them to us
yess I've been a fan of your channel since the beginning and this is what I get for the reward, such an epic amazing photo journey! wow, truly appreciate your hard work and amazing skills! thank you for bringing me to the icebergs in the summer 👏🙂 cheers!
Fascinating video! I have a question: for the wide-angle iceberg photos, did you focus on the iceberg or the mountains, or somewhere in between? I presume you used F/16. Thanks!
Well you gave a heads up that this going to be epic Mads and that certainly wasn't an understatement. What an amazing collection of images and given all you have captured from this trip, you definitely have the opportunity to create some fantastic photography books as a reminder of what you witnessed
Nice, stunning images and I guess you have the best job in the world. I did see a sneak preview of things to come on Twitter ? I just brought back 2100 photos of 1 week in Iceland into just 480 images...
OMG!! This was so AMAZING!!! All the photos were beautiful! The last 2 photos were stunning. I noticed the iceberg was set slightly higher, with less sky and more water. Looked great! Makes me want to go right away! How cold was it?
Hi Melissa, thanks a lot! The Greenland part of the trip was definitely colder than Svalbard, but it wasn't super cold, when the sun was out a light jacket was enough :)
Awesome video Mads ! Makes me a little sad we will only be doing Svalbard next year …..oh and by the way you need to do more videos snookered 😂 Best ….
Yeah, so what I didn't mention was we spend waaaaay too many days at sea for this to be an optimal landscape photography trip. We all agreed we'd have a much more efficient trip by just sticking to Svalbard although this last day in Greenland was great for sure! :)
Thank you all so much for all the kind words! I really appreciate them all and it's hard to get back to all of you, just know I really appreciate it all. Loads of work went into this video (and all the previous from this trip and the one that comes out next week) and I am very happy to see you achknowledge that! THANK YOU!

Wow, wow, wow….that second to last iceberg with its amazing light. Great job capturing it. Mother Nature at her best!
some youtubers make you feel proud for just following them. the things they accomplish makes you feel proud as a follower. and Mads is one of them. the appreciation you have for nature and photography is amazing.
Photographing in the arctic is difficult.
Mads: Hold my wine
Truly stellar work. I'd say you three are bonded for life after that final sunset.
HAHHAHA! That really made me laugh!
