I just love her . Her gymnastics will be missed :/ she retired because her knee kept swelling up and it was just to detrimental for it , she said she wanted to be able to run with her kids and that she's sorry if she disappointed anyone . -3
I do it all the time!!! I dont have a tutorial but I usually just part my hair where I want it, braid it in two braids, tie them together, and then untie the ends. Sometimes I will straighten it if the ponytail looks weird
we see how the coach make a difference , she had the same coach that Gabby Douglas have ! love the smile that both have after doing their pass ! :D love them

Emma, practice the full on the trampoline in a harness then without a harness until you become a fast twister. A full isnt much harder than a layout.
