Would be cool if you guys could show the tent inside a backpack of different liter sizes - would help give a better sense of packability. Thanks for the great content!
The official packed dimensions are 7" (round) x 20", but of course you can remove the poles to configure or split among trail partners. Stay tuned, we plan to show some more detailed uses of the products we carry in the future. Happy Trails!
Man I wish I could get a tent like that thank you
ty
You're welcome!
A message to Big Agnes... Build this tent with a green or tan fly and I will buy it.
or even camo
....and no mega logo thanks
Any word from BA why this apparently excellent tent has been discontinued? Do they have a successor in the pipeline? It looks a great strength:weight balance.
How is this tent in the summer months? Look hot with not a lot of ventilation?
There's some reasonable ventilation, but it depends on the local climate. Being a 4 season tent, it won't have quite as much ventilation as a full mesh 3 season tent that's meant to hold the heat in and wind & snow out.
Hello, I would like all season tent (just in case)
Which one is better? MSR Elixir 3 or Big Agnes Copper Spur HV3 Expedition?
Hello Hang! We received your email to our customer support team and we
responded with a detailed explanation of our opinion of each tent with
comparisons. Good luck choosing a tent!
Don’t understand why they wouldn’t design this tent as a fly-first set up.
You can set it up fly first with footprint
Only show summer footage for a winter tent.
As much as we'd love to demonstrate our products in perfect alpine conditions, we received this tent in the late spring and decided it was better to get the video out rather than wait 6 months. Thanks for watching!
I hate those tiny velcro tabs inside the fly. People hardly ever bother with them even in mild windy conditions, let alone when it's cold, dark, and you have to be wearing gloves.
lol, many people ignore them. They can be helpful when its super windy though.
