I love that Matt has been unleashed in several of their new songs! I'm calling it a Matt attack, and boy, did he ever! The whole group turned it up for this song. This is epic!!
They are so AMAZING!!! This is my favorite Christmas song and THIS is my favorite version!! They upgraded themselves from when they did this song several years ago!. JUST ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Matt was indeed brought up in the church. His father is Pastor & he grew up in church in choir. Attended Berkeley School of music. I believe his side project, as they all have them, is a gospel group. I can't wait to hear that!! Also, they're currently up for another Grammy. It's for last year's Christmas album, Holidays Around the World. They so deserve it & it would be Matt's first one!!!! AND they are in the new Eddie Murphy Christmas movie, Candy Cane Lane!!!
I read another reaction that a commenter had said something like: They had just received a gift this year from a PTX member. Kirstie had given him a Belt. You know what, I got one too! Wish I could remember where I saw that to give them proper credit. Just passing it along. Kirsten is really upping the Belting ante.
What gives me hope, is that it's not all about the technique or the arrangement. Fellow Pentaholics know that Matt and Kevin were committed to the message, but there is no doubt, they all felt it. God bless you all.
The Mattamorphosis has been six years in the making and I’m convinced we haven’t seen the best yet! Oh Matt! You have this one everything you have, didn’t you?
Love your reactions to especially ptx and omg Matt took us to church and Scott gave me chills and Kristie oh boy her high notes at the end they are just unbelievable
How are there no comments yet?? Maybe everyone is too speechless and their fingers are still too quivery to type… 😁. Love your reactions and commentary! Kiss From a Rose (Vevo live) was my favorite of all time, but this one is right with it now, too. I believe the angels in heaven were up there frantically taking notes when they first heard this. 🤯🔥👏🏻😇❤💚
Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas! Thanks for the smiles you have given me this year! Matt and Kevin are devout Christians, and I think Christmas music is particularly emotional for them - it shines through. All these years later, and they still get better and better. It's astounding.

@@wbw910 I don't really see it as separating myself at all. Just like you said it's me just doing me. In a world where we need to come together the last thing I wanna do is separate myself. Just unapologetically me
I showed this video to a coworker and she asked why there was a Jedi in it 😂 I was like oh no honey that was an angel 😊

Isn't it great??!!!! Matt is truly worthy of attention and it is his time!
A Mattamorphosis!
😊❤ I love "Matt attack" that's awesome! 😅😊❤❤

I agree! This is Grammy worthy in my opinion. The most heart felt and beautiful version I have ever heard.
They absolutely smashed this. All there vocals was impeccable. Kirsten brought me to tears.
For me - it was The Matt Show. I can't get enough of his voice! He's so incredibly versatile. He can do everything. It's bizarre.
This Mattamorphosis has been six years in the making and I feel we haven’t seen the best yet!
You're right this is grammy worthy. I just wonder in what category the Grammy organization would place it! they just keep getting better and better!
"Best Arrangement" is the only category I know that's available for a capella

You were RIGHT when you said that Matt's singing was church soul because he DID grow up in church because his Dad is a music pastor!

I put this up there with Hallelujah and The Prayer. Amazing.
Matt killed this one. He's amazing 😍
And YES and GRAMMY!!!!!!

You think they felt it more than they feel people from the churches saying they should be put to death?
I can watch this a million times!!! It's absolutely stunning!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
My favorite version of my favorite Christmas song sung by my favorite musical group! This even beats out The Prayer in epicness for me!
A Grammy sweep, those songs and that album was astounding
Love your reactions! I agree, Grammy worthy. Fantastic!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Glad you enjoyed it

You know, you have to take a few minutes to let it sink in., because yes, it leaves you speechless.
Well said!
True talent!!! All 5
Thank you 😊
Matt's Father is a Pastor so Matt grew up singing in the church.
Great reaction! Amazing song!

Love the excitement!!!!
Your Reactions never disappoint
Thank you! :)
Kevin is holding all together
If they don't get a Grammy for this I don't know what's the matter with who votes.
LOVE this! XOXO
Looking forward to a New Year with you bro!
One of my fav reactions to the glorious song! I agree Matt is 🔥!
Matt’s dad is a choir director for their church.
Also a minister.
Happy Bless Holidays
Are you still reacting to Pentatonix and Scott Hoying’s music

I'm a Dope Black Dad.. Not really separating myself. Just celebrating myself the way I want.
