Yesss Camille! Something that has helped me so much is prospecting with other agents. My roleplay partners are from out of state, I found them through a Facebook Group. It's cool because they are there for you when someone yells at you or if you mess up we just laugh it off and move on. I am actually enjoying cold calling now haha We got this girl!!! 💯❤️

Hey Nikky! You are most welcome! I was talking to my broker about this today hehe such a coincidence. So in my office/brokerage managing rentals is tricky. Basically, we are not allowed to manage them because we need certain insurance for that. And for listing them I still haven't heard back on that one so I am not sure but I have seen agents in my office list properties for rent. So I think is okay, I just don't know how it works lol The only rental I have worked was as a "finder" basically I brought the tenant to the rental listing agent. 👍
I like the idea of popl, but I’m unsure if it would stay attached to my phone (my phone cover is textured, not flat). What kind of phone cover do you use? I need one that’s very protective. Sorry I won’t make your meet up, but a virtual one would be great.
Hi Anna! My signs were about $100 for 2 of them (24x18). I think that the amount of your order depends on your budget and on the number of listings you have or have coming soon. These are my first signs so I'm not sure how many are recommended to have but I'll start with these and when I see I have them busy with listings I'll order more ... the turn around time was pretty quick for me so hopefully that's not gonna be a problem 👍

But yes, ultimately is to see if they want me as their agent. When calling or following up with my buyer/seller leads it depends. Some of them are to check where they are at with the lender, some seller leads I call to check if they are ready to list, etc. I also call my active clients (buyers/sellers) to give them weekly updates. So it really depends. I hope this answers your question 🙏

Hey I just recently decided to start taking the classes to get my real estate liscence! Love your videos! Were there a lot of start up costs and expenses when you first started??
I have been leaving voicemails lately and I have gotten a couple of callbacks. I do call back all my "No Answer" & "Voicemails" but I give it some time if they are older leads. If they are active For sale by owners, for example, I "should" be calling them once a week lol I say should because sometimes I don't do it if I am being honest hahaha But I definitely contact the active FSBOs a couple times in a month. 👍

Hey Maribel! Don't get discouraged! Getting business and deals in real estate is NOT always cold calling. I know top agents in my office who built their business off of personal circle, social media, doorknocking, referrals, etc. For me personally, cold calling works best. I know that it can be scary the commission part of it. My advice would be to save enough money to support you for 3-6 months until you start to get deals. Also, you can start part-time and work your way up to full-time when you are financially ready. I hope this helps! 👍

I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope
I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭
