Damn people shouldn’t complain about their desk job. This guy is saving lives left and right.
Within 9 hours this guy did 4 heart surgeries, amazing. I am a patient transporter and getting to see these guys and gals is an honor
What a humble surgeon you are Dr.Lee, claiming (only) 10-15% of the operation's success rate. Congratulations to your awesome team!
Hearing Dr. Lee speak and seeing him work made me feel really calm
Such a Humble Dr Lee, full respect for him, what he do, saving the lives! God Bless him

So glad they didn't show any of the surgery, literally would have passed out haha. Bless this man for what he does. Absolute legend
Wow really? There goes wanting to be a surgeon
I'm 10, and I don't pass out 🤔
@@kelvinmaison5374 It doesn't change what age you are, even a 70 year-old man could pass out. Different people different Problems. If you're fine watching this type of videos, then good for you.
Surgery can go up to hours.. Some can be 12hours long! Non-stop
Weird video to click on
Thank you for acknowledging the team that makes the process smooth and looks easy. Dr lee is right it’s the after care that makes the difference. Those team of nurses, pcas, PTs, dietary etc who will make that patient recover safely.
He gets more done before noon than most do in a month.
Like FR!
His accuracy along with speed is marvellous...... Really Education has no substitute.... Do it with deep determination and see where it will take you... After sometimes...
Amazing human beings are always in here! I have sooo much respect for surgeons and nurses!!!
You cardiac surgeons are awesome. My husband had his first bypass when he was 39 in 1982. At that time the nurses said they’d never seen that young of a bypass patient. He had been a heavy smoker and the surgeon told him one more cigarette and your dead, and he stopped completely. However had another one in 2092, but so far at 78 his heart is good ! Sometimes you need a bit of tough love.
@johnny lee torres he’s on a time machine, ☺️☺️☺️Meant2002!
I am currently pursuing MBBS from kasturba medical college mangalore .. I am getting motivated while watching this video.. keep it up doctor for the consistent surgeries.. hope that one day I also become a cardiac surgeon

Don't do it! I'm cardiac surgeon in Washington DC. It's not worth it, go into emergency medicine
@@babyyoda8195 Ok..
Having been a little off my game today at my desk job, I cannot even comprehend this level of responsibility every single day.
It’s great to see this side of Robert wood . It’s my go to hospital when I get sick
Hearing the family’s reaction to good news is the best feeling in the world
so much education and extreme hard work and study... my respects to these ladies and gentlemen that do their best to heal us from our pain and wounds
Imagine your work being so Important that people pray for you and your efforts the entire time and cry tears of relief when you tell them things went well. Seriously amazing
These people are God sent angels. Bless them and really thankful for their work in saving lives..
God bless these cardiac surgeons, lots of fine detail work. In fact bless all Surgeons, the work they all do is so much detail with no room for error.

Thank u Dr. Lee for acknowledging everyone involved!!….many people underestimate how many people are involved in surgeries. Not just doctors and nurses.
These people saved my life and I wish to do the same for others one day as a cardiothoracic surgeon.
Good Luck Bud❤️
His humility is just lovely. What a great human being.
Damn I admire people that are born to be doctors and surgeons. Such dedication & knowledge. Could never be me lol
Huge respect. The technology, the professionalism, the care.
Someday i'll be a resident here. In Gods grace♥️
Goodluck
You can do it!

Mee too my name is aryan barot

These folks saved my life with bypass surgery, I've been out the hospital close to a month. I have a while to go before I can do a lot of things.
What a wonderful doctor. My goodness, I’m so impressed.
What a gentle doctor.
God Bless all of the Surgeons. 🙏🏼
i am humbled by the skill and kindness of these professionals.
That’s what you call earning your paycheck.
and they earn less than politicians
@@chasin699 And pro sport athletes
Shut that hole on your face, you will never be like them. They are life savers.
@@motivatedminds-4u woah there buddy, that’s a bit aggressive
@@Celtics20 How much money do these people generate? How much money do pro athletes generate? Your paycheck's not determined by how hard the job is. It's determined by how profitable/unique you are. In sports, there is a market value that each player has. Players on the lower end will struggle to get a contract, while players like Lebron James will have a guaranteed 30 million salary. If the Lakers think he's getting paid too much and try to lower his salary, another team will be happy to pay him 30 million. This is because there is no one that can replace Lebron. These surgeons? Just hire the next one behind him if the first one doesn't has any complaints.
This dude deserves every penny he makes.
Very humble man, giving credit to all he works with💙
Salute to Dr Lee and all the other healthcare professionals working tirelessly.
Wowwww!!! One surgery after the other! Fascinating! My respect and unending admiration to doctors! 👏👏👏👏 They're the real heroes of today! Salute!
I hv always dreamt of becoming a doctor 'cuz I always get butterflies when I hear anything abt this profession...And now that I'm taking baby steps towards my goal, I feel like struggling everyday, fed up and burnt out....Just came here to realize what it's actually mean to me, this video made my heart lighter and gave me a lil adrenaline rush which I needed the most ryt now 😢❤
every single one of you guys are absolutely goats. it’s incredible to see how a team of people can make a small incision.. and fix the inside of your heart..
it’s just another day for these guys
We are blessed to have such kind of doctor and staff. God Bless.
God Bless his hands that continue to heal 👏🏼👏🏼 & the entire staff ❤️
I work as an RN in a Chicago University Hospital and we receive post Cardiac Surgery patients ( Valve replacements, Coronary bypasses). This surgeon , Dr Lee is so professional and exceptional and fast. Double valve can take a whole day here where I work. Not only does he has the surgical skills, he has the human touch and humility. 100 %respect , sir 🫡
It is a fast paced specialty. Most I worked with were focused, 2 teams, if CABG. No hesitation. They are masters at their profession. Valves replaced a bit different, dissecting aneurysms very fast paced. Long days. Deep respect. Like anyone, some a bit better. An honor working with them
So brilliant! 4 cases in that timeframe....just brilliant
Dr. Lee seems like such a kind, gentle man. And so appreciative of his staff. 🤗
Dr. Lee encompasses what it means to not only be highly competent & intelligent but also humanistic and humble. Incredible man & such an inspiration!
Can't imagine the stress of going through this EVERYDAY! Respect to the doctors!
I am so appreciative of our medical people. I admire the skills of a surgeon. We need to find better ways as a society in encouraging our younger people to consider a career in healthcare as an option
If you want to encourage people to pursue this, then pay doctors more and encourage doctors to unionize/lobby like nurses do. Currently, medical training in the US is a living hell and is not worth it compared to other career paths. You're not earning in your 20s and the length of training and stress is not commensurate with the pay.
CVICU nurse here. If I had a heart problem this doctor would be my first call
I fall in love with medicine even more when I see videos like these. Absolute beauty.
The mental fortitude to maintain that level of discipline and attention to detail for every single surgery.
THAT is why they make the money they do.
