I wish my request was answered from Odin
Rivalboygamez, it’s kinda not as simple as that. There are some structural differences to the helmets, since War Machine’s Helmet is bulkier while Iron Man’s is a lot more smoother since it’s Nanotech. That’s just me nerding out on the specifics, but I’m just saying this to tell people it’s not as simple as you think to change it into a proper Iron Man Helmet.

That elastic-deal in the back is a great-idea. I'm sure that technique can work on other helmet-designs as well.

love your creations, what i would absolutely love to see however is an attempt on armor (or weapons) from the legend of dragoon,perhaps the dragon buster sword or darts pauldron/arm gauntlet combo or maybe the dragoon armor? i think itd be a really fun experiment and the game is criminally underrated so seeing you make things from it would really help hype it up!

You should try Aqua’s keyblade Rainfell or Stormfall. It’d be cool to see how you can implement the buster sword’s frame for a thinner/smaller weapon.
I might take some techniques from this to make a helmet for an oc I have, plus I have 0 experience with making helmets and I'm not good with wiring lol. Plus there's a sword I want to make light up too, but either way Odin's vids give good ideas on how to do things
use scrap pieces or another sheet of foam to support the Dremel when cutting grooves into the cutout parts

You should make the Mark 50 bleeding edge helmet from infinity war, I think it would be interesting to see how all of the smooth edges translate with the foam

I've always wanted to make an Iron-man helmet, but include some sort of cooling element inside for hot summer days.
Oh! you can add registration marks to the pepakura file. Turn on Edge ID in the 2D menu. You can just mark over the numbers, they're already lined up registration marks for pepakura. And if you don't like a part on the pepakura file, you can always change the pattern after building the part in paper first.... or Export the model as a wavefront .obj and fix it up yourself. Hope this helped!

I know you like building with foam but it would be pretty cool to see how you tackle fabrics......soooo how about making the cloak of levitation from Dr Strange AND so you can add in some extra stuff using your other shop tools you could also make a magical spell out of acrylic that you hold in your hand and light with orange LED's.

i made an iron model prime helmet and gloves it was difficult to say the least, even though it ironically is one of the more simple helmet designs in iron man lore

Make either the sword of daylight or the amulet of daylight from trollhunters. Think either would be really cool
i would love to to see you make a transformer full body like the gundam. but switch it up a bit and do, maybe soundwave from prime. its more angular so it wont be the same as the gundam suit.
