One day of orientation.. woah. Is that normal? I feel like there’s no world in which a new grad can be successful/comfortable with one day! 😅 & as you said definitely unsafe for patients.

Definitely not normal! I have never heard of that before this interview. I agree…. Maybe for a different job but definitely not safe for nursing!
