Well… I do sorta think maybe the parents could have worked hard, and possibly grew up poorish or just average middle class. They simply wish to give their children everything, that they didnt get as a kid. I was told pretty harsh stories by my parents and grandparents… about how they lived, and It really would break anyones hearts about how poor some people were a long time ago, especially in the southerm rural areas. I’m talking like outhouses for bathrooms, run down trailer homes to live in, hunting squirrels and deer for food, and I dont mean like what a regular hunter does… I mean like… that was a source of actual food or they risked starving sometimes. Raising cows, and chickens for milk and eggs.
@@XFizzlepop-Berrytwist I unferstand that may be a reasoning, but a lot of times they conflagrate giving money with giving love, time and understanding... @@TheGamerbeasts101considering the age of a lot of these people, they probably grew up solidly middle class (because that didn't REALLY fall apart until about the 80s in the US, and if you made your money before that or 2008 you were pretty secure). Because of that, I would argue a combination of ineffective "old fashioned parenting" (i.e. punishment builds character), an underestimation of the power of money, and the inherent ignorance that comes from being isolated entirely within your social class are responsible. I think it's not just that they didn't give enough love and care, but that money has such a corrupting influence that it requires an additional amount of love and care to create an experienced and normal human being.
I also wonder how well the parents prepared their teens & young adults for reality. Some of them apparently cut their kids off with no discussion. Did they explain ahead of time what the limits and expectations were? Did they teach their kids any money management skills? Or did they spend years letting kids wildly overspend and then just abruptly cut them off?

For those who are curious, the kid in Story 10 is former New Hampshire state Rep. Kyle Tasker. There's more than enough info in that one to look him up via public news stories.
I went to a school with a lot of rich kids. But there was this one kid at my middle school that I still think of quite a lot. He was so rich maybe the wealthiest guy I met at that school and that says a lot. One time he really wanted a 10,000 dollar drone this one time and his parents said he could have it if he spent the whole week not asking or something over a thousand dollars. He didn't think it was possible. He also could not stay out of trouble for the life of him even though it would have been so simple but he could not stop cheating on tests and breaking all the rules. He was in detention every afternoon. But he was all like my family is rich so it does not matter. One time I was panicking close to tears over a small uniform violation as I broke one of the really stupid rules at the school and was about to get in trouble. He just looked at me, smirked, and was like you are good and broke down exactly what I should do better than the homeroom teacher who was sitting next to him while bragging about how much trouble he had gotten into (which weirdly worked but strange thing to do next to a teacher). But he was genuinely a very nice guy and was one of the few from that homeroom who occasionally acknowledged my existence, but he was just too stupid and spoiled to see sense. This finally came to a head when he got very excited or something, and punched a wall in the student lounge leaving a giant hole in the wall. The last conversation I ever had with him was him showing the whole homeroom the video of the incident while laughing his head off. He kept on reassuring us that he would have a meeting at the disciplinary board that afternoon but don't worry he will be back in class like nothing happened. And I never saw him again. And if you think that's bad there were these two cheerleaders from that same homeroom who in high school both got arrested for armed robbery as they really wanted versache bags. That school was so weird.
Beiber in 2011 was 17 years old... flush with more cash than I've ever seen and minimal adult supervision. His "entourage" likely a bunch of yes men hanging around for his money... I'm not surprised. People forget that kids are still kids even when they are rich and famous. He wanted to show off and was denied the opportunity to.
There are some celebrity kids who are nice. He's just a spoiled brat. His rise to fame was basically overnight, so it really went to his head. If you watch his UA-cam videos (that's how he was discovered by Usher) before he became famous, he seemed like a nice kid. JB is known to be a spoiled brat. Like, he's regarded as one of the most spoiled, even among celebrities. That's how everyone thinks of him now, not of his music. Does he even sing anymore?
3:08 Major props to the parents for actually showing the kid that he needs to do something for himself and not just freely handing him money until they couldn’t anymore 😂
This video just goes to prove that no matter how rich you are it’s important that children learn basic life skills because one day parents or caregivers are not gonna be there anymore and they’re gonna have to fend for themselves. They might have all the money and everything they want now, but in the future, they’re gonna have to make that for themselves and if they don’t know how they’re screwed.
1:27 kudos to the guy who reported him. People say, snitches get stitches, but snitches also save lives. It’s crazy that this guy was literally bragging about committing crimes. Some rich people are pretty out of touch
Does an adult manchild count? When I was a petsitter in my late teens I had a grown ass man throw a tantrum when I informed him I wasn't scheduled the next day and he'd have to take it up with my boss. It boiled over when I also refused to do it off the clock and be paid directly - I would 100% be fired for that! Why was it so important that I watch his dogs the next day? Golf with the boys.
Story 17: That is just sad and horrifying, imagine being disowned at a High School education level and probably will never be able to talk to your family ever again, he is basically stuck with his high school diploma or less. He is now working in the hard labor/servant sector
Dunno if he was spoiled or entitled or what-have-you or not, but a guy I talked to a long time ago told me once about a roommate he had back in college. Basically this guy had grown up LOADED and he'd never had to do anything...like wash his clothes. So one day the guy telling the story said he came into the dorm to a gods-awful smell and soon learned that the guy just expected he could drop his clothes on the floor and someone would take care of it. He had no idea how to do his own laundry. Assuming he was a decent guy (I dunno, I obviously never met him), ya gotta feel sorry for him. It's actually better, I think, to grow up poor and get rich than to grow up rich; sure, it leads to some people not knowing their ass from a hole in the ground for money, but they at least know how to take care of their basic needs for the most part. Me, first thing I'd be buying is a decent house if I got rich - so many people get rich and start buying cars and going to parties and shit. But either way, growing up poor definitely keeps you at least somewhat rooted in the real world, y'know?
Yeah, those are the worst parts of these videos. I watched a few minutes of one of these videos and now it their content keeps showing up as recommendations. I don't normally click on them, because the constantly moving image makes me nauseous. I only was able to get through this one was because I only listened to it in the background. But I won't be bothering with much else of their videos, because it's all just from Reddit anyways.
Let Story 10 be a reminder to us all...the only thing most voters care about is what party you belong to. The blinders will go up for everything else and we will DEFINITELY hold the opposing party to a different standard while working overtime with mental gymnastics to excuse those in our party.
Most sad thing is that those parents actually made them just like that cuz instead of giving them attention they gave them money and thought that everything is solved
You know its crazy to me how some of these kids get so much handed to them. The guy that had 100k or more given to him is wild, and the story of the guy that works at Best buy, I mean I dont know family relations, but I’d think if someone in my family ran a million/billion dollar business, I’d be trying to learn how to run said business? Given its the kids Grandfather’s, there is a decent chance he could inherit it some day, if his parents dont screw it up, or him. I’d love to be given a chance to learn to run a business. Or to be a politician’s kid or grandkid, learning how to actually create change in the country. (Though political thing might not be the best if you dont share the same views as your family….)
The rich kid trying to steal a car….his parents gave him everything but time. Really most of these are sad…the fault is with the parents. For them life is only about acquiring things and they do not have any real world skills for being happy to even teach the kids.
story 21: jw blue is $345 for a 750ml bottle where I live, and that's before the 12% tax AND 10% liquor tax we have ... I can't even imagine how much each shot would have cost, since a shot of cheap stuff here is usually $5-$10 at most places
Man .. I was incredibly grateful and felt guilty when my parents presented me with my first car in 2011, which was a rusty $400 1999 Oldsmobile Alero coupe that had like 120k miles or something. Needed a lot of work, but man, I was over the moon and felt super lucky!
If I was given a rusty beater like that, my first thought would be to take it to the mechanic and check the frame. If the frame has rust on it, it's effectively scrap since a rusty frame is INCREDIBLY unsafe, and isn't possible to fix outside of getting a new car entirely.
That one story about the kid getting mad he got a Porsche instead of a Lamborghini reminded me of a high school friend of mine. I wen to a high school where most people were rich, and my friend was rich. He kept complaining about his "crappy" new car, which was a Honda CRV, because it wasn't the BMW he had wanted.
@lordpumpkinhead265 Looking back, my dad and I realize it was probably not a wise choice lol, but my parents were going through a rough time, and wanted me to have a decent level of independence, so I could enjoy what was left of my teenage years, but with what little money could be spared, we didn't have many choices. I was exceedingly grateful regardless. Admittedly, I was equally lucky that I never got into an accident in that car lol.
@aewtx Oh man, SUV/Crossover kids would have been popular just by the idea that they can carry more people and payload. Man coulda had a party in that car lol.
Sorry, but I thinks it’s extremely important to make sure that you don’t refer to what the guy who was getting collage freshman blackout drunk and then filming what he did to them as “banging”. What that guy did, by definition, is RAPE, and it important to make that distinction very clear so that young people watching this who, for whatever reason, are not properly informed know the difference and don’t think that is okay, or even a “grey area”. If you are so drunk you are stumbling around, falling down or whatever else enough to be considered “blackout drunk”, then you are legally unable to consent and that makes it rape, ESPECIALLY if the victim has literally blacked out and is unconscious.
1:38 you mean one buddy had a fucking moral compass and was better than the rest. Sidenote: What parkour is that? Where can I find it? It seems fun. 7:12 ayo das awesome voice acting
I got one that isn't quite as satisfying as one would hope that involves the Hershey's Chocolate family: I went to a weird private school, without going into too much detail, the school allowed you to schedule your own classes and day entirely on your own, regardless of age or grade, including not doing anything school related. The philosophy was that you learn by playing. Well the school was fairly expensive so it attracted a lot of rich families that didn't care about the philosophy of the school and just wanted to stop hearing their kids complaining about homework. One family was the Hershey family, yes THAT Hershey family that owns the chocolate making company and the amusement park based around it. Their kids were total spoiled brats, arrogant as hell, no manners at all and just acted like every other student there was just there for their amusement. The school had a system where every day you'd have to sign up for a chore that must be done at any point before the end of the day. Everybody pitches in and the school gets clean without having to pay people to do so. The only Hershey kid who hadn't unenrolled from the school was completely opposed to doing any sort of work at all, no matter how small. This kid bragged about his servants, cleaners and cooks at home so he was completely out of touch with reality. If you don't do your chore, you get a small fine, just a couple of cents, and it stacks the more you don't do it. Eventually this kids fines are up to $1,000 USD so they call him into a student run meeting that investigates issues and punishes those found guilty of rule breaking, think of it like a student run courtroom. They ask him why he hasn't done his chore at all this year and why he hasn't paid the fines. He simply responded "I didn't feel like" and refused to elaborate further. In situations like this, usually the fines are waived and you get to do some community service and some other form of punishment instead. Because of the family name attached to this kid, the school was considering trying to force them to pay up, which had never happened for an amount beyond $10 before. The student court was discussing the issue when the Hershey kid stands up "I'm bored, this should cover it" as he takes off this Rolex watch off his wrist and tosses it onto the table the student court members are sitting behind and then leaves the room. A staff member manages to ask before he fully leaves "What's this?" and he shrugs and says "It's real, should be worth $5,000" and leaves. The school didn't like this as he was actively hindering school meetings and didn't seem to like the school in the first place. That issue ends up getting dropped and they decide instead to expel him with no tuition refunds instead, which had also never happened before. No idea what happened to the Rolex, I assume it got back to their family or something. Wish he learned more of a lesson, but it's the only story like this I have.
I had a roommate at college that came from money. She made fun of me for having allowance “only” $15 per week, since she has $500 and then another $300 for weekend (food and housing not included). But in the end of the week, she always begged me to lend her money for coffee. She always though she will have rich life and didn’t considered future. She was “Satanist”, because she thought it’s cool, and constantly tattooed herself with pentagrams, metal groups, and Tim Burton’s stop-motion characters. Years later, her parents retired (they have her as surprice in older age, she had brothers 30 years older), company got her brother, and now she can’t get better job than bartender in small city to afford small one-room apartment, due to her not so friendly tattooes. I heard she changed her life after that, for better. Hope it’s true. She wasn’t bad person, just selfish, or oblivious to others. Like “main character syndrome” or something
Not so much wealth, though I'm sure it's part of it. I was on an exchange program and shared a student flat with 2 other guys, a Spaniard and Chinese lad. The Chinese kid, I joke you not, didn't know how to boil a kettle. We spent a few days trying to teach him basics, literally how to make cup noodles, chop an onion, boil pasta... On day 4, he came back with 2 Chinese girls. He did their homework, thy did his home-work. It honestly baffles me how utterly unprepared for life some ppl are. And remember, this is mid-uni, so this isn't a 15yo. This is a 20yo man who, by all accounts, should've been capable of supporting himself. Instead, we (Spaniard and I) were honestly unsure if he knew how to shower properly. He deffo didn't know how to do laundry....
As a Chinese guy who emigrated young, my experience with exchange/overseas students has been a really mixed bag. Even though basically all of them come from pretty significant money (you wouldn’t be able to afford school fees otherwise), either the person is extremely smart, or painfully incompetent. I’ve had the pleasure to know a few of the former, but I know far more of the latter.
I love your narration! I always watch the whole video. Even if I open it not knowing how long it is, and turns to be an hour long? So be it. Hope you get crazy famous.
I've had 2 types of rich friends. The one who spends so much cause their parents weren't available everytime and would just give them money to do what they want and the other one who tries to spend as little as possible. Mind you this friend is actually richer than the 1st one but he manages his money well.
Just curious, why does it has to be spoiled rich kid? I see plenty of kid from normal families still come out as spoiled. I’m not from the US so I’m not sure if this is a culture thing or something.
Because they often get a social free pass to be absolutely shitty to others because Americans think that the amount of dollars in your possession is the amount of respect you deserve. Hence why they look down on unhoused people. For some weird reason, Americans also think that you need 4 walls, a roof, and a floor in your possession to be worth being treated like a human being. If you lack this material object, other American humans will treat that human badly and like they are not as important. American morals are weird. "I have a collection of earth materials and you don't so you're a bad person and I'm a good person and I'm more deserving of stuff than you."
It really bugs me how rich people can just screw off opportunities I’d give a kidney for. College paid for no loans, car stolen with no insurance.. no problem your punishment is driving something called a beater but what I’d call an expensive car. Their just given everything and I’m bitter about being born into poverty, and in debt forever because of student loans and life crapped on me and I couldn’t finish my degree.. ugh. I wish someone would give me a good opportunity I’d take it! And be so grateful!
Story 17: If those pick ups were in good condition pre-totaling… so if you didn’t know, pick up trucks retain their value. My boss literally had one sitting in our loading bay with all 4 tires flat a plants growing in the bed and we’d have people poking her heads in asking if it was for sale. That’s when my mom told me that yeah, they retain their value and this 20 year old pick up was probz worth $30-$40k or smth? So like… this dude totaled two cars that should’ve lasted longer to have good resale value.
One of my high school classmates (I wouldn't have called him a friend) sits down at our table for lunch and starts complaining about how his dad won't give him an office job at the powdered metal plant that the dad owned. The look on his face when he found out that the rest of us would've literally killed to be guaranteed the factory job (because his dad told him that he could get that job if he just asked) he thought he was too good for, almost made up for having to hear what he thought was a sob story.
Keep that same energy for Beiber that you had for all the other entitled ppl. The reason they are that way is because parents and other adults enable them to be that way. Dont switch up now.
In Story 11 the attempted car theft, the caught kid could have felt not being loved in the way it mattered to him. He may have gotten "everthing", but the material stuff may haven´t been everything he wanted. I mean an emotional bonding to his parents or attention for being (himself) .
Worked in a marina and a young guy in a go-fast boat rented a boat slip for the night. He pulled in and he and his friends headed to the nearest club. But they didnt realize that out on the ocean they had struct something and cracked the hull....within an hour the boat sank at the dock. I was tasked with calling him...when I informed him his boat sank he responded "are you punking me?" Afraid not sir. But the funniest thing was when he arrived at the dock he exclaimed "well there goes the Bentley I was going to buy!" The harbor patrolmen laughed at that one.

Not a rich kid, but a spoiled kid of a woman my uncle long-term dated. His mom always believed his lies and always took his side. He died in his 30's; Wasted away from abusing his body with drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. Never had a stable relationship or job. His whole life (albeit short) was about getting high and playing video games. Sad, but a little tough love would have changed everything.
"Who then went to the REAL police"? seriously? As someone who has worked in law enforcement for nearly 30 years with the last 7 of those being for a university, let me assure you, campus police are very much REAL police. They have the same training, go through the same academies and have the same accreditations and have the same arrest authority as every other REAL police officer. In fact, we have to abide by even more regulations than those REAL officers BECAUSE we are a campus police agency which means we do MORE training than the REAL officers do. So for you to phrase that segment the way you did is both ignorant and insulting to the officers who work for the colleges and universities.
I grew up with a rich family. That being said, I was *NOT* spoiled at all. I may have had big allowances, but my parents did not hand everything to me. And I'm *glad* they didn't.

I would go full sleep for diner poor like I had to sometimes, but that would be abuse at that point.
You really can’t check in a hotel if you are under 21? I thought it’s only for buying alcohol…. So glad that I didn’t go to the US before I became 21, I would have to live on the streets lol
Not rich but I knew an entitled kid that attacked all the other kids, every day, he would threaten racism, threaten lawsuits, claim he was having a medical emergency etc. Then he's back in a day or so doing it again. worst bully ever.
Yeah, I was pretty shocked that this behaviour was only called „stupid“, when it was full-on r-word.

Narcissists do often love golf. 😂
Story 17: That is just sad and horrifying, imagine being disowned at a High School education level and probably will never be able to talk to your family ever again, he is basically stuck with his high school diploma or less.
He is now working in the hard labor/servant sector
1:45 Blud is *struggling* with that parkour ☠
The rapidly moving background is horrendous, I had to stop reading very shortly into the story (couldn't have the volume up). Sorry
Justin Bieber ( I’ve heard ) totally admits to being a brat when he was younger. Supposedly he’s cleaned up his attitude.
Man coulda had a party in that car lol.
mad props Pineappleginseng! 😀😀
Story 9: Marty avoided a similar fate at the end of _Back to the Future Part III._
That was my first thought ngl
2:05 "..is so f.. screwed up"
avoiding that demonization
My favorite is the eggshell guy
Story 22 😢 at least she’s doing well now 😊
9:35 His wider family being the House of Saud, I would be surprised if his inner family weren't filthy rich.
Story 3: To my count, he committed 5 separate crimes of which 3 where felony's. Not 100% sure on that but that is what I counted
A pox on everyone who knew about the drunk freshman girls and didn't call the police sooner. You had to wait for that one guy to do the right thing?
I've had 2 types of rich friends. The one who spends so much cause their parents weren't available everytime and would just give them money to do what they want and the other one who tries to spend as little as possible. Mind you this friend is actually richer than the 1st one but he manages his money well.
I have lots of rich friends. And luckily they've all been down to earth, though they were still spendthrifts.
2:04 almost slipped character😅
Okay, I know that's not the point of the video, but man was that Minecraft parkour frustrating as hell!
Story 8 doesn't seem "spoiled" to me. That's just plain bad planing.
Saw the title and knew this was gonna be good 😂
Saw your profile pick and knew you had rizz.
So like… this dude totaled two cars that should’ve lasted longer to have good resale value.
this is probably the most mildly infurating background footage of Minecraft parkour I've ever seen
"She came from Greece she had a thirst for knowledge
She studied sculpture at Saint Martin's College"
Keep that same energy for Beiber that you had for all the other entitled ppl. The reason they are that way is because parents and other adults enable them to be that way. Dont switch up now.
In Story 11 the attempted car theft, the caught kid could have felt not being loved in the way it mattered to him. He may have gotten "everthing", but the material stuff may haven´t been everything he wanted. I mean an emotional bonding to his parents or attention for being (himself) .
The vegas story is just a fail of planning on the girl's part and of over sight by the parent.
These stories make me feel more sad for the kids than any sort of satisfaction, because they were raised to be this way :/
The mayor’s daughter goes to my sister’s school. From what I’ve heard, reality never hit her
Worked in a marina and a young guy in a go-fast boat rented a boat slip for the night.
Great Dad on that first one, First time was a mistake, Let him off.
Second time wasn't, Humbled him.
His Dad humbled him!
the background video is too unsatisfying it's making me so mad but i want to hear the stories
Same here, I wish I could turn the video off without affecting the audio.
Might I recommend a video to mp3 converter?
you can just scroll down to the comments or open a new tab for that. I'd like to read while I listen, but the background bothers me so I cannot use these solutions.@@CST1992
I had to look away from my screen. Those "first person shooter" type games where the scenery rotates around a central point give me motion sickness.
Couldn't you have used a less distracting background? It's so annoying, too bad you can't mute video...
Happen in my hometown, Rich kid parents both Doctors. Went to university r-word 2 girls at university. University police got called not the real cops, and because dad worked at the university not much Happen to him. Only thing happened was he couldn't come on campus. The girls it to couty attorney office and go to every newspaper and Dr.Phil. Dad could not get him anymore so he sometime but not enough.

Oh, man, that is GLORIOUS!
Way to go, Nike!

Story 4: The college freshman the person had as a roommate was never taught how to do those kinds of things. at least the person was trying to learn these things.
"Decided to replace his Lambo with a Porsche."
Which Porsche? Granted, any porsche is dope, but if we got a GT3RS (or somehow a Carrera GT) then he got a solid sidegrade (or in the CGT case, an upgrade.)
When I heard “Decided to replace his Lambo with a Porsche” I thought of a porsche 911
Was just wondering, was the rich kid in story 2 called Matt? Did he wind up in Congress? Idk, it just sounded familiar.
I wish rich kids were raised like Steve Harvey’s kids since he says he makes them buy their own stuff and earn what they get.
You have to be really hight to get a $400 bong.
The background is making my eyes water.
a lot of these couldve been prevented if the parents didnt spoil the shit out of them
YESSSS, GET REKT SPOILED KIDSSSS
the parkour in the back was infuriating ngl. Not because it's in the way, because they can't parkour for crap 😭

Dude grew up with Kyle Tasker smh. That's a misfortune I wish on nobody
As someone who lives within an hours drive to Philly, that kid didn’t know what he was getting into! When the narrator said his car was stolen I thought “good job Philly!”
I cannot get over how much this guy sucks at parkour
In Bieber's defense, I have heard him in more recent years acknowledge how awful he used to be, and he's been seen being a little more humble.
Am I the only one that suspects the Minecraft gameplay to be in creative mode?
Edit: Nevermind I'm certain it's in survival or adventure. Still no idea how the player "flew" during the prince story.
My cousin has over 8 thousand dollars worth of tech in his room. He just turned 18 still waiting for a wake up. He was told he is not getting a car unless he paid for it but I don’t believe that.
Damn. I feel bad for the 18 year old girls.😂 Having your debut but saying you're still too young is dumb.
Did a little research on story #10, the state rep was Kyle Tasker.
This guy's voice is a lot better imo where did he go
4:25 I'm missing something here. Why couldn't they check in at the hotel? It says eighteenth birthday, so at least one of them is an adult. And even if they were under eighteen, what's the problem? It's all paid for by Daddy, right?
the duded trying to steal the car is just funny
he tried theft and only got lectured
i have a spanish mom
There is a different between being earned and being given. Some People don't understand the difference.
The stupidity of crashing and then going "it's just a car why can't you get me a new one", then if it's just a car, get used to walking or get a bicycle.
Driving is a privilege, a luxury, not a right.
Story 10: Kyle Tasker is the name, not very hard to find TBH IDK why OP didn't just say it.
Edit: Also I don't care how rich I get I'm going to buy a humble house and raise my kids the same way I was raised until they're 18 or out of college. I would go full sleep for diner poor like I had to sometimes, but that would be abuse at that point.
1:45 and onward put me in an unfathomable rage because of their inability to do that one jump
14:12 This story is kinda sad
5:00 cheer up, dude at least you didn’t get the iron Duke four banger
You really can’t check in a hotel if you are under 21? I thought it’s only for buying alcohol…. So glad that I didn’t go to the US before I became 21, I would have to live on the streets lol
I believe that’s only Las Vegas casino hotels
I don't drink, how expensive are "double JW blues" mentioned at about 13:55 ?
I got nervous for the narrator at story 13 when he said he thinks he’s getting old.
wait someone got their car stolen and punished for it??? aint everyone involved in the stealing supposed to get punished??
probably the punishment was more because he didn't buy insurance for it because he thought he was too rich for it to matter
I feel bad for 22
Not rich but I knew an entitled kid that attacked all the other kids, every day, he would threaten racism, threaten lawsuits, claim he was having a medical emergency etc. Then he's back in a day or so doing it again. worst bully ever.
Then one day he turned 18. The cops took him in handcuffs he starts his usual complaints brags threats, then is told he's an adult and going to jail. he started crying and went off in the back of the squad car never to return. 😊
Bieber was fresh out of daddy’s flavor camp
Dont have the weird jerky background flopping and twisting around in the background. Or don't put the subtitles over it. Good god...I get seasick. Sheesh.
