It is also nice to have confirmation that Sally married Jack Skellington, became the pumpkin queen, and is living happily ever after with Jack. @@princerex9790 actually they technically on a old Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack at the end it mentions how Santa Claus went back and visited spotting 5 skeleton children. So they do eventually have children of their own so this is a possibility!
To be honest, I was slightly disappointed that Sally wasn't from Halloween Town. If I had to change the story but still fit the general plot, I would have Dr. Finklestein steal some of the fabric that ragdolls are made of, and use that to make her. Though I did thoroughly enjoy the novel.

Yeah that part about her origin felt like the equivalent of jumping the shark for me. it made the story feel more like a cheap fanfic than respectable cannon.
Sally is really a much-beloved and seriously underrated character--I'm so glad that she finally truly got her happy ending! Long live the Pumpkin Queen 👑!
I actually read the Long Live the Pumpkin Queen book and while it was an interesting read the thing that kinda takes it away from me is knowing that if we ever actually do get an official movie sequel to Nightmare Before Christmas Long Live the Pumpkin Queen is likely not gonna be the story they follow. I mean we didn’t see that with Hocus Pocus’s book sequel.
@@saphirawinters7028 my sequel would follow the epilogue of the original soundtrack where Jack and Sally are now happily married and have those mentioned skeleton children. It's Halloween again, and the kids are excited because their parents will take them out into the "human" world and teach them how to scare people. Now for the villain: I'm aware that Oogie Boogie's a fan favorite, but I feel that he's been used enough. So for this sequel, I'd like to think that not ALL those kids Jack visited completely got over what happened that disastrous Christmas Eve. Not only do they find out he's still alive (he's already dead, duh), they plan to kidnap him, seeking revenge for that other holiday being ruined.
We teeechnically did get a sequel of sorts for the movie, it's that one video game: Oogie's Revenge I believe there was also a GBA game that was a prequel
I really love this backstory! It makes me wonder though, how Jack might react if he were to find out. I can imagine he'd be furious with Dr. Finkelstein for kidnapping Sally as a child and might threaten to excommunicate him from Halloweentown. But I also can imagine, due to Sally's kindness, she might wish to forgive her former captor someday and maybe would be the only one to convince Jack to give him a lighter sentence, since he does love her very much.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Yes Sally did cry a lot, but you know what? If I were in her position I’d break down a lot too. In the end she processed her circumstances and discovered her true strength. I grew to really admire Sally. She truly deserved the title of Queen after her ordeal.
This might be one of my new favorite videos of yours. Sally has always been one of my favorite Disney ladies and I loved getting to learn about her. Sally is the best!💖
Isaac, who was Vanessa before the Little Mermaid? The book Rise of the Sea Witch, as well as theories, claim that Vanessa was Ursula’s true self before she became the Sea Witch, while some other material (which remains unknown) claims that she was a human Princess who wanted to be a mermaid, but Ursula killed her and used her skin as a disguise. So, Isaac, who do YOU think Vanessa was? Could she be (gasp) the Princess of Glowerhaven?
I have the book. It's the first one I wasn't able to put down until it was finished in years and a fantastic read! I loved the character growth in Sally. She really comes into her own here.
I just got done with that book today and I’m PRAYING for a part two!! Mainly because of the epilogue, when jack and sally discovered tons of other uncharted and forgotten doors, like Father Time, tooth fairy, etc. I seriously want another book where they venture to those forgotten worlds :))
I always wondered the backstory of sally, I thought the doctor was the one who stitched her together, and brought her the life. But this is brings up a question, of how many other creatures are monsters exist. If Dream world is full of rag dolls, then what does that mean for the other doors. I always wondered what was the real relationship between Sally and the doctor, because he always referred to her as his daughter, and threatened that he could just make another one of her. It's surprising to find out she wasn't a creation by the doctor, and maybe it's because he studied her all those years, that he was able to create his own wife and the skeleton reindeer. I would love for Disney to make that story into another movie explaining her origins, and expanding The Nightmare Before Christmas universe. Maybe it could be called The alternative Disney universe. Which then could explain everything from Monsters inc, all the way to Nightmare Before christmas. And if it was discovered that all of these places were connected by doors, then who built the doors, that would be the best fan Theory wet dream anyone could ever come up with. And they wouldn't have to explain it, and all of these Disney properties would just keep getting more attention.
Well, even when he claimed she has his child for be his creation, something always felt off...I mean, Sally wasn't like his other creations, the reindeers were mindless, I mean, during the escape of Jack, they showed no emotions, no fear or awereness, they were only loyal and meant to follow Jack's orders, nothing else, reason why none of them acted worried or surprised when one of those lose a head during the escape, then his wife...thingy? Jewel, she was made true, but he used half of his brain and even so, she also has a predefine role, be his partner... Sally thought, she acted rebelious, different...also...for be a father, he is not exactly a good one...in the first movie he is possesive of her, when she escaped...he wasn't worried, he seemed just very angry and upset, she even showed to kind of fear him...again...clear signs he wasn't a loving father...I dare to say the Doctor showed more respect towards Jack than his own "daugther"... So she not being his child, but this exotic specimen he was studing and in a way felt he had the rights of it... actually fits his behavior towards her!
What always made me mad was that when he created his wife she wore nice clothes and even had a fur. But this whole time Sally was wearing literal rags Also now I'm sad knowing all her stitches are actually scars from when he replaced her stuffing with leaves 😭
One origin of Sally said that she was accused of witchcraft during when she was alive as a human and the witch hunter sentence Sally by ripping her apart to death when she died her body parts went to Halloween town and were found by the Doctor and the doctor put her back together and that is the origin of Sally and her vision and making soup/poison potion was from being a witch
It’s terrifying how easily I could believe this about the doctor. In truth, with the exception of Lock, Shock, Barrel, and Oogie Boogie, he’s the only legitimate “evil” living in halloween town. Then again, part of that may have to do with the childlike Jack Skellington being the Pumpkin King. It’s possible Finkelstein’s been around for some time, especially modifying his body to ensure he lived long enough, so he’s probably seen more than one pumpkin king. It’s possible the previous king, perhaps Jack’s father since he and Sally are relatively the same age, was much crueler and more prone to wicked deeds as the professor had done.
I knew she felt a little out of place, but I had summed it up as her being "Frankenstein Monster" but when I got older I realized if she were that she wouldn't be made of leaves. Still I chugged up to copy right. Now hearing this it all makes so much sense @-@
Remember that if you don't like this interpretation of Sally's origins, like me, you can consider it a "What if" story. The image of a little young skeleton Jack sneaking into the lab to visit a still being built Sally while Finklestein is away gathering more material for her is too cute to let this glorified fanfiction ruin.
I gotta say, I did not see any of that coming. It really puts a new, darker perspective on the movie and its characters, which is still fitting for it being a Halloween story.
Can you do a theory about what could happened to Snow White's father, The King, before the events of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves? Because I want to know if he died in a war against an enemy kingdom like it happened in the book "Fairest of them all: A Tale of a Wicked Queen", or maybe simply the Evil Queen poisoned him to take over the kingdom.
Or if Cinderella's father was poisoned by lady Tremaine who was a widow, black widow maybe? What happened to her first husband. How many times was she married? She seems evil enough to be a serial killer. Cinderella's father was young and in good health. They could have a whole story just about lady Tremaine being a social climbing serial killer where people who cross her go missing. Maybe have her be related to another Disney villain. Possibly have Drizzella I think her one daughters name was follow in her evil footsteps with trying to marry like a golddigger.😸
This is crazy accurate. I never thought this much about it. This opened doors in my brain 😂. I love the night mare before christmas and I want to see sally in dream town before she was taken.

Makes more sense now why the Psycho wanted her not to leave the house and run of thinking something could jog her memory and run back to her own realm.
Can you do a video about Fa Mulan's full story? Also I want you theoryzing if like in the live-action version of Mulan, she has the same natural ability and skills to fight like she has in the animated version.
Love it. She was one of my favorite and creepy looking character, even more now at 31. Alway thought their be another movie another this with other holidays.
Question: who's actually in charge of Halloween Town? Jack or the Mayor? I ask since Jack is the Pumpkin King and I would think that's a rank above mayor
I would say Jack since in the movie he’s the one in charge of Halloween and the mayor just follows the orders and tells everyone else to do what Jack says
- In the Multiverse, this story is merged with, among other worlds, the movie "Rise of the Guardians"; whle this _evil_ sandman is completely merged with the sandman from "The Real Ghostbusters - Mr. Sandman, Bring Me A Dream", the *good* sandman immunizes Jack Skellington to the sand sleep and makes him one of the guardians. Also, Bunnymund finds out, against *both* their wills, that he is the version of the Easter bunny replacing E. B.'s father from "Hop", making Bunnymund EB's father! And ontop of that, the Tooth Fairy used here is the one from "The Fairly Oddparents", which means she's been married to Jorgen VonStrangle TWICE, since the *first* time she shows up, she *already* married to him (and _that's_ the *first* time in the series Timmy lost his two front teeth.). - Meanwhile, Sally's homeworld is merged with other dream realms, not necessarily limited to the following - (All Hail the Pumpkin Queen) Nightmare Before Christmas Dream Builders (cgi movie) Kirby's Dreamland (game series) Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland (anime movie) Twice Upon A Time (stop motion movie) Cocoron (Famicom game) Sea of Dreamland (Famicom game) (Lawnmower Dog - the A story where they parody Inception and Nightmare on Elm Street) Rick and Morty (Bogey Mania - a dream machine) Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (cartoon) (??? - Wily's dream machine) Mega Man (1994 - Ruby Spears anime) (??? - a dream machine) Bonkers (Bahhbra the dream sheep; the dream world; etc.) Dare to Dream (game by Epic Megagames) (Dream Scheme) Powerpuff Girls (cartoon) 40 Winks (N64 and PS1 game) (Griddle's Sleeping Knight) Blazing Dragons (cartoon) (The Lasagna Zone) Garfield and Friends (cartoon) (??? - the lantern fish kid stealing dreams) Hello Kitty and Friends (anime cartoon) - *THEN* the video game sequel happens! Or maybe the video game sequel is MERGED with the Jack / Guardians bit I already mentioned? As for the set up... - This sorta MERGES the "demise" of Oogie Boogie in the movie's final form with the deleted scene where we see Oogie is only *Dr.Finkelstein!* The idea is that, in the video game prequel, "the Pumpkin King", Jack didn't just defeat Oogie, he DESTROYED him! Still, Finkelstein decided to use the identity of Oogie to essentially doo all the stuff he admitted to in the scrapped ending. Evidently, however, Lock, Shock and Barrel NEVER knew this at all, as they STILL attempt to revive _their_ Oogie, only to revive the REAL one!... So yes, there really *was* a *real* Oogie Boogie; he just wasn't the one in the first movie... What do you think?
That made so much sense when we first time see Sally she leaves her captivity for the first time and sees Jack. Jack was the fearless King and she knew they were meant to be All Hail the Pumpkin Queen 👑🎃🖤
☺️ I had gotten the book for Christmas and I absolutely loved it I do admit though the idea of her parents and Dr. Finkelstein makes it interesting I was definitely not expecting it I really liked the book I’m really proud of Sally and everything and I’m glad she didn’t abandon Jack and it really shows their love I hope for more books like based on one whole book based on Jack and how he became the pumpkin king and how he felt about Sally from a far and other things and then maybe another book exploring Sally and Jack’s future and how they have a kid and Age buggy‘s revenge I think that be so cool to have a three book series collection but yeah I really love this book and I would recommend it to everybody😊
But that doesn’t explain why Dr. Finkelstein said that Sally owed her very life to him implying that she was created by him? I guess he could’ve just been lying and made her believe that he created her. But Idk there just seems like there’s a lot of holes.
(Angry Halloween Town mob attacks Finklestein, knocks him out of his wheelchair. He manages to get to his feet unassisted) Jack: "Why, you're not even a cripple! You're a phoney!" Finklestein: "Uhh...I can explain everything?" Mayor: "Get him!"
I haven't finished the novel yet due to laziness (some fan I am, XD) but I'm just mad there aren't illustrations with these new locations and characters
I always had a head Canon that the Valentine's Day door leads to the Kissing Town from the mini series the 10th Kingdom. As well Sally has to be one of my favourite characters of all time. I even got a tattoo of Jack and Sally since they are one of my favourite pairings. Weird side note but the actor behind Jack's voice is Prince Humperdink from the Princess Bride.
I hope you do a video about Prince Eric's full story. Because I want to know what happened to Eric's parents, if his parents died when Eric was a child, how he met and adopted his loyal dog Max and how many princesses from different kingdoms beyond the "princess of Glowerhaven", Prince Eric met and has turned down on them before meet and falling in love for Princess Ariel, and if Eric had to be married to become monarch of his kingdom!
So the question now is-- where or how DID Dr. Finkelstein learn to create, for example, the skeleton reindeer and his wife Jewel, if he couldn't actually manage it before with Sally?
Can you a video telling Disney's Cinderella's Fairy Godmother's Full Story? Because I want know if she was born a fairy or she was originally a human, how she got her magic wand, how she learned the magic word Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo to use the wand and if she has helped any other princesses and girls before she helped Cinderella to marry Prince Charming and getting her Happily Ever After, or she only appeared to Cinderella as a embodiment of Cinderella's dreams of happiness.
In So This Is Love: A Twisted Tale, it’s revealed that Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother (named Lenore) was protected by Cinderella’s grandmother from fairy prejudice and that is what led her to watch over Cinderella’s mother (named Gabrielle) and later Cinderella.
Can you do a video about Disney's Snow White's Prince? Because I always wanted to theorize where he came from, if The Prince has siblings or he is only child and IF The Prince had already met Snow White before the events of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, like it happened in the book "Fairest of them all: A Tale of a Wicked Queen". Because is implied that Snow White ran away from the Prince to not have problems with the Evil Queen.
Ever since I was a little girl I have always thought Sally was from another world. When I was little I thought she was from Christmas town but somehow ended up in Halloweentown. If you look closely she is different from everyone in Halloweentown. Even when Jewel is created she is similar to Sally but she is different. I have mixed feelings about Sally true story but I am happy to know she is not alone anymore.
I have to yet watch “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, but I really appreciate and enjoy your videos, Isaac, especially your research sources🤧🤧💜💜 Also, can Sally be similarly linked to how the Creature was created by Victor Frankenstein, since I'm studying the novel for my postgraduate??
Why do people make Halloween town out to be hell? Who said these people lived, died and ended up there? Maybe they were born/created that way. No one ever said they're dead
Sandman if possibly voiced (if only he was still alive) I imagine him being voiced by Vincent Price. And the I think the lines from The Thief and the Cobbler fits very well: "Sleep, Sleep, they're all asleep! But I am quite awake!... I rise above the human heap! For the world is mine to take! Men are fools who walk in dreams. They sleep their lives away! But I (ZigZag) Sandman will rein Supreme. For they are easy prey..."
Wow that explains alot towards Sally.. it's quite sad on how much she had to go through a lot of torment under the influence of the Doctor.. Long Live The Pumpkin Queen.. 🎃 I've always wanted to know what Sally's parents would've looked like since it's been years for her to last saw them as a child.. Glad that Jack gave the ultimate punishment towards the doctor completely..
As much as I love this gives us a history to sally…this shot finkilsten’s character in the preverbal foot. He might not have all that good, but jack dud trust him and had no reason not to. Remember he trusted him to run the town while he was away in oogies revenge, and the only reason it became a death trap was because his brain was switched. (I know, I know. How he treated sally should have done something to his credibility.)
Can you do a video about Disney's Cinderella's Prince Charming? Because I want to know if The King and the Queen told him many times the story of how they met and fell in love in order to make Prince Charming believe in find True Love someday and if his mother's death when he was only a child somehow influenced and made him to lose interest in the responsibilities as future king.
You know, I always thought he probably has aphasia I think it's called, where you have problems remembering people's faces which is why he had to rely on shoe size which always made me laugh.
Boogie could've been from dream land too. He could've some how gotten in some trouble and took her for revange traded her for power or something that benefits him . Idk was a cool thought aha
Yeah, I don't think this is canon. The book seems to contradict a lot of the canon, and really doesn't make sense. It's an interesting take on Sally, to say the least, but I found it to be a big disappointment.
I read the book and I have a hard time accepting this story as canon. If she looked more like a doll and less like a scary Frankengirl, it would be more believable. But her appearance is pure spooky Halloween.
Can you do a video telling The Beast's full story? Because I want to know if the Beast's past in the 2017 version of "Beauty and the Beast" about being abused and "trained" by his father to become a cruel, heartless, spoiled and selfish leader after his mother's death is the official canon background of the Beast in Disney Universe, and with how many years the Beast/Prince Adam became cursed, because was implied in the 1991 version that he was cursed when he was 11 years old, but in the flashback of Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas, Prince Adam appears to be more than 11.
Can you do a video telling Shego's full story from Kim Possible? Because I want to how many villains she worked for as a mercenary before she become subsequently Dr Drakken's henchwoman.

@@sarahsims6164 That...is...AMAZING! You should definitely write a fanfiction about it.
We teeechnically did get a sequel of sorts for the movie, it's that one video game: Oogie's Revenge
I believe there was also a GBA game that was a prequel
*LONG LIVE OUR PUMPKIN QUEEN!*
Same here
I thoroughly enjoyed the book.
Don't click that, please
Please no. Disney world just ruin it. The graphic novels are the perfect way to continue the story
I like the idea but Disney would ruin it
@@desertrose3511 Yes, like Ice Age 6 💀
I loved Sally in the movie. Thanks for telling us more about her Isaac.
Sally and Jack have always been my two favorit halloween town characters
What always made me mad was that when he created his wife she wore nice clothes and even had a fur. But this whole time Sally was wearing literal rags
Also now I'm sad knowing all her stitches are actually scars from when he replaced her stuffing with leaves 😭
Thank you for posting the video. I've been wondering about Sally's backstory.
You are the Definition of Have A Magical Day!!!
The Return Of The Disney King
I knew she felt a little out of place, but I had summed it up as her being "Frankenstein Monster" but when I got older I realized if she were that she wouldn't be made of leaves. Still I chugged up to copy right. Now hearing this it all makes so much sense @-@
Remember that if you don't like this interpretation of Sally's origins, like me, you can consider it a "What if" story.
The image of a little young skeleton Jack sneaking into the lab to visit a still being built Sally while Finklestein is away gathering more material for her is too cute to let this glorified fanfiction ruin.
That would have been a really cool story to see be in canon!
That's actually how a lot of people see this story after it was released, just a "What If".
I prefer that. I didn't really like the book, so I don't really consider it canon.
@@rosykindbunny1313 even folks who DID like this book don't consider it Canon.
I've always loved the Nightmare Before Christmas! I didn't know any of this about Sally! Thanks for sharing this great information 👍
I gotta say, I did not see any of that coming. It really puts a new, darker perspective on the movie and its characters, which is still fitting for it being a Halloween story.
Sounds like Sally is Halloweentown’s own Rapunzel.
The graphic novels are the best way to continue the story of the movie. Disney keeps wanting to make a sequel but that would ruin a classic
Can you a video of Hercules theorizing how everyone in the village where Hercules grew up who called and considered him a "Freak" reacted to Hercules' suddenly fame and fortune as Greece's greatest hero? Because I always wanted to know how the villagers who despised Hercules reacted to his suddenly fame and fortune as Greece's greatest hero, and if they tried to apologize to Hercules for everything and every bully he suffered in his childhood and teenage years.
This.
I always thought Dr. Finklestien created her because in the movie he said as he’s sewing her back up he says “I made you”
I’ve not read the back any though
Welcome back Isaac! 😀👏
You've been gone for so long without any videos. 😭
I know! It's been too long. I wrote a whole pinned comment explaining what I was doing! A lot of awesome stuff is coming.
Good to see another video from you Isaac, along with doing more of the different Disney character backstories.
Also, Happy Early Halloween Isaac and can't wait to see videos dedicated to the upcoming film _Strange World_
Can you do a video with a Ratatouille theory about what would be the conviction that Horst served time in prison? Because in film Ratatouille, Colette told Linguini that Horst tells a different story every time when someone in Gusteau's Kitchen asks him, and I want to know why anyone in Gusteau's Kitchen never researched for Horst's criminal record.
Man, I never realized how cruel Finkelstein really was.
Makes more sense now why the Psycho wanted her not to leave the house and run of thinking something could jog her memory and run back to her own realm.
In the way, that professor is a the kidnapper that kidnapped Sally for his presonal grain Sally deserves to be a Pumpkin Queen.
omg thanks for letting me know about this book now I'm going to get it to read myself so thanks for that.
Can you do a video about Fa Mulan's full story? Because I want to know more about her childhood and her struggle to find her destiny in the chinese society, her courage to take her father's place in the Chinese Army, and if after Mulan told about to Shang about Mushu, he decided to combines the family temples, forcing the ancestors to continue letting Mushu be a guardian. Also I want you theoryzing if like in the live-action version of Mulan, she has the same natural ability and skills to fight like she has in the animated version.
The live action movie sucks.
Love it. She was one of my favorite and creepy looking character, even more now at 31. Alway thought their be another movie another this with other holidays.
What a story and I hope that a movie will be made out of this.
That doctor is the real villian of the movie
- Meanwhile, Sally's homeworld is merged with other dream realms, not necessarily limited to the following -
(All Hail the Pumpkin Queen) Nightmare Before Christmas
Dream Builders (cgi movie)
Kirby's Dreamland (game series)
Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland (anime movie)
Twice Upon A Time (stop motion movie)
Cocoron (Famicom game)
Sea of Dreamland (Famicom game)
(Lawnmower Dog - the A story where they parody Inception and Nightmare on Elm Street) Rick and Morty
(Bogey Mania - a dream machine) Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (cartoon)
(??? - Wily's dream machine) Mega Man (1994 - Ruby Spears anime)
(??? - a dream machine) Bonkers (Bahhbra the dream sheep; the dream world; etc.)
Dare to Dream (game by Epic Megagames)
(Dream Scheme) Powerpuff Girls (cartoon)
40 Winks (N64 and PS1 game)
(Griddle's Sleeping Knight) Blazing Dragons (cartoon)
(The Lasagna Zone) Garfield and Friends (cartoon)
(??? - the lantern fish kid stealing dreams) Hello Kitty and Friends (anime cartoon)
- *THEN* the video game sequel happens! Or maybe the video game sequel is MERGED with the Jack / Guardians bit I already mentioned? As for the set up...
- This sorta MERGES the "demise" of Oogie Boogie in the movie's final form with the deleted
scene where we see Oogie is only *Dr.Finkelstein!*
The idea is that, in the video game prequel, "the Pumpkin King", Jack didn't just defeat
Oogie, he DESTROYED him! Still, Finkelstein decided to use the identity of Oogie to
essentially doo all the stuff he admitted to in the scrapped ending. Evidently, however,
Lock, Shock and Barrel NEVER knew this at all, as they STILL attempt to revive _their_ Oogie,
only to revive the REAL one!...
So yes, there really *was* a *real* Oogie Boogie; he just wasn't the one in the first
movie...
What do you think?
If the Walt Disney Studio plans on making a sequel of Nightmare Before Christmas, it should focus Sally and the other magical worlds.
That made so much sense when we first time see Sally she leaves her captivity for the first time and sees Jack. Jack was the fearless King and she knew they were meant to be
All Hail the Pumpkin Queen 👑🎃🖤
So Dr. Finklestien didn’t make her with own hands he just wanted to have control!
But that doesn’t explain why Dr. Finkelstein said that Sally owed her very life to him implying that she was created by him? I guess he could’ve just been lying and made her believe that he created her. But Idk there just seems like there’s a lot of holes.
It would be great if Sally met Emily the Corpse Bride and what if Sally's daughter went to Monster High?
(Angry Halloween Town mob attacks Finklestein, knocks him out of his wheelchair. He manages to get to his feet unassisted)
Jack: "Why, you're not even a cripple! You're a phoney!"
Finklestein: "Uhh...I can explain everything?"
Mayor: "Get him!"
BLOODY GREAT VIDEOS mate class the way you tell the story so enthusiastic all the best from north east of England keep the great content coming
The book was a great read! I loved it!
I can’t wait to see what’s behind the other doors 😃
I haven't finished the novel yet due to laziness (some fan I am, XD) but I'm just mad there aren't illustrations with these new locations and characters
I knew she wasn't originally from Halloween Town. She's always been different from the other residents.
There’s a character in the remake called Queen Selina, so she may be Prince Eric’s Mother.
@@YellowBear-kx1ff I think this queen will be a remake version of Ariel's mother Queen Athena of Atlantica from the film Ariel's Beginning.
@@gabrielaabreudearaujo2580 Someone told me the Queen Athena character will be renamed Queen Lashana.
Explains her gift of prophecy. Finklestein was such a jerk to her in the movie but learning this…he’s a much bigger jerk than previously thought.
So the question now is-- where or how DID Dr. Finkelstein learn to create, for example, the skeleton reindeer and his wife Jewel, if he couldn't actually manage it before with Sally?
My guess is it kind of worked, but he wasn't satisfied with the results and killed them. I feel like that would be in character for him.
Well she may have been taken from a land she was destined to rule, but she ended up ruling the one she was taken to
First.
Love you work Scott and I have to say, nightmare is something that I'm impressed with.
Poor Sally. How could Dr.Finklestine do this?
Jack is the best King and husband 🥺
I always thought sally was a scarecrow. When she took her leg off she was stuffed with something that looked like hay
My mom’s coworker dressed up as Sally for a previous Halloween cause she loves the movie and her real name is actually Sally so it fits lol😂
I have to yet watch “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, but I really appreciate and enjoy your videos, Isaac, especially your research sources🤧🤧💜💜
Also, can Sally be similarly linked to how the Creature was created by Victor Frankenstein, since I'm studying the novel for my postgraduate??
It's good to see more about this.
I think Dr Finklestine should've been the villain in the movie!
Why do people make Halloween town out to be hell? Who said these people lived, died and ended up there? Maybe they were born/created that way. No one ever said they're dead
Well, Jack Skellington said he used to be alive.
Sandman if possibly voiced (if only he was still alive) I imagine him being voiced by Vincent Price. And the I think the lines from The Thief and the Cobbler fits very well:
"Sleep, Sleep, they're all asleep!
Maybe one one day we all will get orgin of Halloween town and Jack
Oh how I wish!
Dr. Funklestein always made me uneasy. I hated that guy growing up. What a jerk
Dr. Finklestein was always a monster!
0:09 love this image! Who is the artist? And where is it from?
Answer: it’s the “Long Live The Pumpkin Queen” cover art
I just love Sally so much
I thought God gave Sally the vision of the Christmas tree on fire, but this change my theory.
The concept of the layouts of other worlds is enticing.
Also, I'd kill for a Frankenweenie graphic novel
Boogie could've been from dream land too. He could've some how gotten in some trouble and took her for revange traded her for power or something that benefits him . Idk was a cool thought aha
Princess sally married a Pumpkin King (Jack). Sally dervese all her happiness.
Yeah, I don't think this is canon. The book seems to contradict a lot of the canon, and really doesn't make sense. It's an interesting take on Sally, to say the least, but I found it to be a big disappointment.
Theories say, that she use to be a Witch🧙♀️!
Oh, Nice: they managed to used "Evil Finklestein" in the end. Nice!
