I don’t know why these people driving don’t launch the right way. You have to hold the accelerator long enough for boost to build in the RS4. It would probably still lose, but still, at lease an accurate representation.
100% I have a RS4 and yes you need to hold it for a good few seconds. Rs4 will def lose given the power deficit and we all know that bmw boost their cars way higher than advertised.
You can hear it in the RS4 the guy didn't floor it. They should seriously get people that know how to race do it

End of life RS4, not even a performance model, it's not a surprise. Is it? A considerable power and torque advantage. I'd say you could chip the RS4 easily to 550bhp, it still wouldn't cost as much as the M3 comp touring and the RS4 still looks better than the BMW even after all these years!

Hearing that automatic transmission shifting was so... docile. Come on man, if you are buying a car for its sportiness, (or if you are going to drag it in a video), you need a manual transmission. 😢

This is far more Accurate when the RS4 is launched properly.

no the rs4 really have 500 hp they dyno it but the m3 has alot more than the claim figure

Terrible launch by the RS4. The M3 Touring was always going to win but why put a video up with a shit launch of the RS4.
All this video tells you is 1) the video creator is trying to deceive you and/or if not, 2) the audi driver cannot drive worth a sh**. There are many more credible videos of this taking place elsewhere, M3 will just about win in dry straight lines generally. Add a bit of water and/or some corners and the M3 dissapears in the RS mirrors.
