This is a interesting house, the outside of the house is one of you basic era styles, then you walk in and it's mind blowing! Totally not what you would expect to see! Very Better Homes & Gardening, late 1950's - early 1960's, retro modern or a remake/remodeled to look like it. It's a shame, so cool and very spacious. Love your channel!!!!
How very interesting. My late husband was a programmer/analyst and the computer language he used a lot was Cobol. He eventually learned other systems, but there were still some big businesses and government departments that had that old system. He worked in his field from the late seventies to his death in 2005. Interesting too that you should mention Ontario, Canada. I live in Whitby, Ontario and most of the places Victor worked was in Ottawa and Toronto. Hope you did make it to Ontario.
Beautiful house. I bet that glass wall they built in the living room was to keep in the heat. They used the wood burning stove to heat that house mostly I bet. That was an old oil tank down in the basement , they cost a few thousand dollars to fill up ! So they kept the heat on one side , just where they needed it most. Way easier throwing a glass wall up I'm sure rather than a wood one , not to mention it would have blocked out the natural light.
At-2:45- My officers from the Salvation Army have a room like this one but theirs is abit smaller- my sister has a room that size- they call it a sun room. Folks would grow plants- maybe turn it into a family- or dining rm.
I stumbled across this older video. It was like what made me love your channel at first. Don't know what you've been doing lately but will check it out. I'm curious now again. I hope you're still doing some explores into old abandoned properties. You used to do some awesome vids.
One of my uncles had one of those old video cameras. It had the VHS recording portion on a strap you hung on your shoulder and a big cable going to the camera unit you held. It was considered pretty cool at a family event to get to be the camera man!
That hiusebrings so many memories!!! I used to live in a house with a staircase almost identical (ecsept there was a turn towards the bottom) And the same wooden walls!!
Ok cool vid, especially the haunted basement, yeah you heard right "haunted to its darkened core" as soon as the cameras get near there they have trouble focusing get grainy. Plus looked like a lot of shadow action but it was dark, yet why the editing what was it you were covering up Mr.539 man ? We are on to you Sir , I will undoubtedly have to watch another video to find out !
There are a lot of differing stories. Some say a chemical spill caused the government to evacuate but the official story says the properties were purchased, thru eminent domain, for the creation of a park. There's also many rumors of mutated creatures, serial killers and satanists. Crazy place!
amazing explore. should look at the cans of food and maybe go through the folks left behinders, it give a clue on what the history is or who may have lived there. exactly what is helltown??
the sparkly substance on the ceiling is metal flakes of which they put in paint. The call them kells pronounced. kills. The with a paint rig spray the room so as to get that pretty reflective sparkly wall. And you could tell by the black mold circling the water damaged ceiling tiles. That somewhere up there they needed a new roof. Oh and another thing encouraging on breaking and entering (even though someone else had done it). Getting blamed for the crime might end up face to face with either the police, a neighbor (who might be slacking off watching the house) . Or the disgruntled owner who might just thought (F-it) I'm not paying the electric bill; ever! Decides to just go nuts cause he has scared all of his sain colleagues off. And kept a journal all the way up to realizing that those little creatures (that came to visit him each night after he would finally get to sleep. Due to being scared shitless). Would come and whisper sweet nothings in his head. Something like that? I never know why people leave a big mess when they are running for their lives due to unknown reasons: such as knowing too much about some government conspiracy. You know have no time to pack. Just take important stuff and get the F out.
sweet explore....you guys should do meet ups with others. check out exploring with josh and his crew....they go all over the world to places...maybe u guys could do a few together.
Cucks for Trump Hi, I'm just wondering who your writing about when you say, they're annoying? Dan bell is great. Have you watched any of, "The carpetbaggers abandoned video's? He is also very good. I haven't seen any of, Dan bells videos lately, he is always posting videos, daily. I hope he's ok.
Jackie Carle I'm talking about the "Exploring with..." crew: Josh, Cody, John, Steve, Danny. They focus more on themselves than the locations and talk way too much. Dan Bell is the best. Those kids could learn a lot from him. Carpetbagger is cool, too. He hangs out with Adam The Woo sometimes.
Well, thanx for posting the video about the arrest although it didn't seem like they actually arrested you. Still a hairy experience though. Loving the series. This house was amazing. It almost always weirds me out when such personal items are left behind....just dying of curiosity.....
Ok time to get serious, that basement had more going on than meets the eye, watch when he picks up the arts and craft lamp 12:44-47 as soon as he puts it down and starts to move away behind it a tiny pair of eyes lights up @12:46 when he says "knik knak ah". Immediately after you see another bead of light too ! One more thing I noticed at 12:47-48 He pans away from the lamp, we see what looks like a hot water heater with one of those yellow energy stickers on it, as He passes that to the left @12:48 out of the darkness a face appears then a shadow seems to cover an already dark basement very quickly.. then edit??? So to get a good look press 12;48 above then immediately click pause good luck.
That stuff that was on the table is stuff for an Estate Sale. This means the people who lived in this house died and the family sold their things probably to pay off their bills and burial. (is this that video?) I've been binge watching, lol... anyways, it's the one where the stuff was priced on the kitchen table. They would advertise an Estate Sale and people walk thru the house and buy the things that are for sale. it's really kind of sad. :(
interesting house, lots of space, big windows for natural light coming in.Great place to build a house and live over there.Enough space around the house, quiet. Formerly known as Boston township.More info : www.deadohio.com/HellTown.htm
‘Abandoned Scientist’s house’ - I wonder who abandoned the scientist? His Mother, maybe? ‘Scientist’s abandoned house’ - I wonder why the scientist abandoned his house?

Thank you for sharing your explorations. Very fun to watch! Can't wait for more! :)
Thanks Ben! New one tomorrow!
Funky late 60s/70s décor and wood-paneling. I hadn't seen a Lysol can that old in years!!

The architecture of that house is so amazing! Awesome video bro :)

That's quite a coincidence! Cool!
Great house. Its nice to see stuff still in it, imagine having that whole house covered in that wallpaper!!! lol. I think it would cause fits..
Yeah, not sure I could handle too much of that wallpaper! Especially if I were tired! Thanks!

Looks like it used to be a pretty nice house. Interesting glassed off room. I never saw that before. Very much enjoyed it. I didn't look fake to me.
Thanks! Strange it's all the abandoned homes that I would love to live in!

Looks like they had a estate sale. Many people have those when family passes. Looks like they just left what did not sale. Love your videos
At-4:45- THAT'S MOLDS!!!
A mask with a resperater would be a very good thing to have here.

Hello mat that was a cool find
Im still very much into wood paneling for interior decor ;)
Well, it's not occupied if you want a summer home :)

At7:42- now you know why they left those 'pills' behind- ha ha! That closet is RAD! COOLEST CLOSET I'VE EVER SEEN!
Whoa, my aunt had that same elephant slide at her house when I was a kid!
It would be pretty eerie if it turned out to be the same exact one :)
Cool videos!
Thanks Ronny!

aww man! so curious about what's on that vhs.
Right, I need to start carrying a VCR and Betamax player on me!
539 Productions that sounds difficult. I wonder if there is some kind of portable solution.
I like that shirt!! LOL
Right, who leaves that behind?
Interesting place cool
I'm from Ohio. Near Cleveland actually. Never heard of Helltown. Interesting.
Great place and lovely nature!
That is a cool house :)
Thanks, glad we were able to find it!
COBOL - business language... I've coded in it for 20+ years
Welcome :)
Do something interesting for Halloween 2018
I can just see kids coming down those stairs Christmas Morning....
It's an eerie feeling, people used to just live out their lives in these places!
Joy of Lego Jehovah's witnesses don't celebrate Christmas, remember?
It would be interesting to know the page the dictionary was turned to...
U guys should always have gloves on u keep handling stuff wit uncovered hands.
‘Abandoned Scientist’s house’ - I wonder who abandoned the scientist? His Mother, maybe?
‘Scientist’s abandoned house’ - I wonder why the scientist abandoned his house?
I wonder why they left the house
Yeah, that is a great question!
You look best in black hairs. What is your natural color?
Thank you! My natural color is brown.
Oh no! I gave this video it's 666th like. Lol :)
It seems someone was a Jehovah Witness, judging by all the pamphlets left behind.
Were those LL.Bean boots??
I'm not sure, it's quite possible!
Please don't move the camera so fast!!
What was the For Dummies book? lol
I believe it was for computer programing of some sort.
Sun room. The room with all the glass is a sun room.
Thanks for the info Shiloh!
I gaged when I saw the bathroom 😖😷💀
Down stairs
Are you wearing make up
The first 3 mins I can hear some moaning and groaning . Play it back with headphones
what is the grossest or creepiest things you've found exploring?
The dead animals are usually the worst. Creepiest in general is the places with everything left because it's such a mystery! Thanks!
thanks for replying that's awesome of u! I just recently discovered your videos!I like your energy and are your handsome too ;)(dude with blue hair)- Jen.
:)
It looks like they were Jehovah's Witnesses.
Yes, I believe you are correct! That would explain the bulk Watchtower publications. The kids may have been distributing them around the area.
I doubt they were scientists then!
I saw the watch tower and said.. probably fellow witnesses like myself.... interesting..I wonder what happened..
Dude alone really ???
I do go it alone sometimes, however in this video Adam is just in a nearby building. Thanks for watching!
The girl was hot.
You are terrilble with a camera you don,t need to turn your camera so fast
