From Los Angeles, I respect you citizens for not destroying this place.
Oki Amercians! This is in Norway and things is different . here not so many shit heads who wandalize destroy breaking and painting.
+datapakx25
Many of us Americans would love to lynch the lot of them. It makes me so mad that others just don't get it that they are part of a whole.
+datapakx25 those canister, drawer things under the kitchen cupboards are they common In Norway? I have never seen anything like that here, and I would love that for my own house

+WachdByBigBrother We should pass a law that says when vandals are caught they should report everything they own or they ever buy that has any value is reported.
That way we can go to their homes and brake their shit.
+marlinda peacock yes her in the 1960 is was normal ting to have on there kitchens.
What a cute off grid tiny house. Awesome find. My type of environment. Cozy. Fishing. Bird listening. Reading. Work online. My friends and I kick it here, we be free of city life. We despise city city greedy freedom is lost. My family migrated from Scott to Ireland (Ireland once Vickings stomping ground) to Norway. To America 1860 Anna Quam is my family/ ancestor Thank you for sharing
This is a fantastic video, have no idea why all the dislikes. So good to see an abandoned place that has not been trashed all to he'll by vandals - that's a very rare site here in the U.S. where I am from. Great accompanying music and loved everything about this video. I hope you keep making them!
+smilinachya Ty for like it. i dont now why USA peopel not axept untrashed places.
It's only rare in the U.S. cuase people can be pricks and like to destroy things or tag things or like to vandalism. Why? Idk but I would be happier to see a house like this then a house that's torn to shreads or it has been taged or some shiz
there isnt hardly any dust on the furniture so are you sure its been that long?
The Music!!!! So beautiful!!!
Veldig bra funn, ikkje mange hytter/hus som har vært forlatt så lenge og er så urørt.
what you could hold in your hand will never last, what you hold in your heart will last forever
Beautiful cabin and beautifully recorded. It's amazing what good shape it's in after 25 years. Thank you for sharing this!
For heavens sake, if you dont like the bloody video dont watch it, theres a lot of idiots out there just waiting to jump in with so much criticism, the people are doing thier best to bring something we dont usually se no matter where in the world it is, ok the vikdeos arent of the best but FFs they arent FILM DIRECTORS if you dont like pass by...... I myself thot it was worth watching :)
I was not surprised to see this was Norway. Wonderful Video. I knew i was European once we were inside. Thanks.
+Jim Key Thank you for like it.
+datapakx25 I have to be honest, I can't go exploring myself but love looking at place's other's have been and respected. IT was a refreshing change to see the house locked in a time capsule without the scribbling on the walls and draws and paperwork thrown on the floor. Thanks for the find, look forward to watching another one of your video's :)
Lainey Fabriccio
Yes i agree you there, no wandalism and destroying. ty for watching my vids.
you're welcome and thanks for taking the time to do them and let people like me walk through them with you :)
+datapakx25 I'm suprised there was no vandalism lol in the states people completely destroy beautiful homes.
Beautiful music!
Haha, that vacuum 2:13 looked preeeetty old. And so did that tv.. =D Hello from Finland! =)
what a fabulous little place! really enjoyed this one. seems cheerful even though it's not in use. thanks
That Television was beautiful. Once I saw the coffee maker's electric cord, I realized it wasn't in America. I wish we had more civilized people here in America. Great video. Over here that TV would have been smashed to pieces and then spray painted.
this was a lovely vid, thank you very much for posting.
Unusually clean and tidy for an abandoned place.
Love your videos. Keep them coming. Greetings from the USA.
Hi ty for like my videos.
That old television is the coolest looking thing!
I can't read the guest book but it looks like it might be a vacation rental. That's why it has furniture and everything someone might have needed but no personal items. Lovely cabin....must have had many happy memories of people staying there.
Its not a Rental vacation cabin. the guest book is for family and friends who have borrow this cabin and have written down happy notes from there holiday.
A very nice video. So clean and clutter free like personal items not tossed every where .
Cute little place. Sad it is rotting down. Thank you for a nice video.
I agree with the person below who stated the house may not have been lived in for 25 years but it is still being maintained. My aunt had a renter who lived in a 2-room house similar to that. It had a bedroom and a kitchen with an out house for a toilet. I remember that little house my whole childhood. Even after the renter died my aunt used to go down to the little house and clean it. Here's a funny story about the little house. My aunt used to rent it to an old retired sheriff named George for $15 per month. One day she let George know the rent was going up to $25 per month. George got upset and threatened to move. My cousin was the one who collected the rent each month for my aunt. As the story goes, my cousin Denny would collect the $15 rent from George and put $10 from his own pocket with it before giving it to my aunt. My aunt thought George had given in and George thought my aunt had given in. Thanks for sharing the video as I enjoyed it much more than the comments below. BTW there are lots of places in the US that haven't been visited by vandals.
What a beautiful little place! Very appropriate music. Nice vid!
Not surprising at all that it's still in tact and in Norway. :) I was thrown off until I realized where you were.. of course it's respected and left alone.
Remarkably clean for having been "25 years untouched"!
can't help but think it's actually quite quaint; given a good renovation and some outside property maintenance it's probably adorable.
Dusty American here and proud of it. Thank you for filming this walk back into time. Well done...
Im only 4 minutes into the video and thinking wow some nice old furniture and thingsin there like someone just went to the store. it really dont look abandond to me NOT SAYING ITS NOT but wheres the dust and cob webs and things, it has been 25 years
Ikr
+vincent kellerman not been in many abandoned properties I take it? Usually when properties are abandoned for any amount of time they begin to decay, once decay sets it properties deteriorate exponentially, you see lots of mould, peeling paint, cobwebs and dust and dirt from falling debris. I it's very common to see places that were spotless at the time they were vacated looking very dirty within a surprisingly period without being vandalised.
This place has not been abandoned for 25 years. It might have been unoccupied but someone has been regularly airing it out and heating it. If they hadn't then it would be in much poorer condition than this.
+vincent kellerman Dust is not only made up of dead skin cells. It is also comprised of plant pollen, animal hair, soil and anything else that floats around in the atmosphere. Next time try not being a jerk.
+Jessica Rogers
The cleaning lady of this place got a 25 year pay advance and she completed the contracted agreement just recently.
I am joking but can you just imagine it LOL
Awesome!
I'm back a year later from the US to revisit again. Something about this cabin always brings me back here. There is not another abandoned video that touches me the way this one does. I want to know the people that built it, that shared memories here. I want to know their story. Have you done a recent visit? I hope all of the doors and windows were closed to keep the elements out. Why does it haunt me so?
I remember those old vacuum cleaners my aunt had one. And a bed in the kitchen Wow.
Fint funn og film.
Likte musikkvalget.
Olav XO Takk for det :)
That blanket on the couch! I want it!
I would love to live there. Looks so peaceful and maybe hard to find. Love it. When I lived in the forest, not so much dust. I see comments about dust. Not everywhere is so bad.
Hello yes place is peaceful hidden :) Dust yes i dont now why foreigner complain about that if house is locked good build, not mutch dust get innside coz this is not desert country. ty for watch
I would have loved to live there. So quaint and simple.
What a nice little place. Was well looked after.
thanks for the walk around. this is not an completely abandon place. some one has been coming back once or twice a year. notice the table doily. not one scrap of dust and zero UV decay.
what a true find, enjoyed it.
Hello Ty for that its amazing place glad you like this.
Charming cabin. nice music with the video!
Beautiful little place. There was a time in the United States where if something wasn't yours, you didn't mess with it. I miss those days. We used to be, for the most part, pretty decent people. I fear that those days are gone forever...
Surprisingly lack of dust.
know this will sound odd but the minute I saw the door handle "Europe" popped into my mind - funny how I remember that from when I lived there - nice video - really liked it
I always wonder why objects in abandoned houses are left where they are. In some houses like this one, it looks like they fully expected to come back one day. Things are just left laying around, as if someone left the house to go buy food and is coming back soon. But they never came back, and no other family came there either.
The empty drawers are the only clue that they meant to leave.
a house that hasnt been touch since the 1990 thats in really good shape. i wish there were more places like this that hasnt been vandalized or exposed to the elements.
VERY NICE FIND I LIKED ALL OF IT THAT BEDROOM LOOKS PEACEFUL
Sad they stopped renting it out . The guest book had some nice comments. It reminds me of our summer houses in Denmark. Cozy simple.
Thank you so much! That little house was absolutely adorable!
Thank you . look at my revisit of this place 2 years later.
Looks like so clean. I can´t believe.
Beautiful narration of this home. Thank you for filming it. I never get tired of watching it.
Wow, you are getting very popular, love, love your work and music too!
Hello yes thats very nice hope people continue look my vids. ty very mutch for like the video i make.
very very cool old cabin. seemed so clean. but spooky
Love all the old appliances and the vase on the table!
Very Swedish looking. Amazing. Looks like someone stepped out and just never came back. A rare find.
All of your videos are great but this brought back so many memories. This is the best one yet!
WoW. I can only pray to God that house remains that way. Errie doesn't even describe that place. Chilling is getting closer. I had the feeling the entire time someone was going to come into the room. Thank you! Great job! All haters. This isn't for you. This is for people that love abandoned houses. This is like the holy grail of abandoned houses.
nice little cabin in 25 years you would think it would be growed up around the building and the porch would be completely fallen in and the dishes in the cupboard wouldn't be that clean
Can't believe it's not all dusty and stuff . Clean compared to some houses where people actually live .
GREAT IDEO, I KNEW THIS WAS NOT IN THE UNITED STATES. NO VANDALISM.. THANKS FOR POSTING
3:27 Nice job ham-handing that guestbook.
your videos are very interesting. enjoyed it thanks..
wow.. what an amazing place.. so sad.. and the music just suits the environment. so sad.. wish you could find more info of this place.. may be the owners died and no one knows about this place. thank you for the great video
Very cool. Someone built that cabin with love. The details are stunning. It is in very good shape to survive the winters for so long with no maintenance.
Thank you for sharing it.
That's amazing! You can tell those who lived here loved this house; it was well taken care of. It looks like they were in a hurry to leave, because some of the drawers were pulled out, and some of the rugs were messed up. Thank you for posting this vid. :)
The place looked as if it was a thriving watering hole for the locals at one point. It must have been one of those places where everybody knew one another and came there to socialize and have a few drinks. It's such a shame that it closed down and all that's left are the memories on the wall and a collapsing roof.
Very Nice presentation left just like the owner had it.
25 yrs and no dust. hmm.
Horrible song choice I was waiting for some crazy to jump out....it's such a beautiful find....the inside is so amazing despite it outer appearance! Thanks for sharing
1990 ... so just the other day not like long ago and far far away.
the furniture and fittings are older than 1990. that vacuum from the 70's maybe earlier 60s
I knew it couldn't be here. .with all those things left in it.
yeah me too.
No chance thats been empty for 25 years, one year tops.
LOL
where I live here in Dublin I'm looking right now to pay to live in a place like that. I would be lucky
it's sad because no one thought of living there again. but felt good at the same time to see that the cabin has not been vandalised. good job for capturing the peacefulness of the place. :)
My parents own a condo in the mountains here and all of the family members and occasionally friends of the family take turns using it and clean it before we leave, we also have a "guest"
wrong here, this is abandoned for years, the porch gives it away. The roof is rotten, never been fixed, it takes decades to get in that condition.
So, the last time this place was in use was when I was 2 years old. That is kinda sad.
Now this little house is truly amazing ! so neat almost new looking, as if someone came to dust--no, absolutely nothing like America where bored youth love to Trash and Destroy !
if anyone is wondering the title of the first book he opens is guest book
Now this was one of the best videos I have seen so far, nice job.
I always think of this video and come back to enjoy it. The music is perfectly haunting. And the feelings in the house forgotten by time just left alone. Thanks for this treasure.
Cute little house, inside and out.
This charming cabin must have been a wonderful vacation spot, for People wanting to just get away from it all. The guest book was still there in very nice condition. The furniture pieces were lovely. The date was the 90's, but the TV and other items inside the cabin hearken back to an earlier era. Indeed a cabin lost in time.
SOMEONE IS MAINTAINING THE HOUSE IN REGULAR INTERVALS, NO DOUBT.
looks like it is being watched, but for the falling down awning on porch...
Nice video, and the music was fitting. I wonder who the little bed in the kitchen was for.

This has got to be Europe way to clean and orginized for the US..
+missy thatsame I am assuming it is a Scandinavian country because of the writing on the book and in the book. For some reason I put it in my head that it said guest book on the front. (I did think he was slightly rough with some of the pages, and yes it is hard turning them with one hand).
+Sara L I was also thinking Scandinavia.I noticed the handwriting also.I really would'nt know the difference between German or Swedish anyhow.lol
+missy thatsame Norway and you right gjeste bok =guest book
+missy thatsame This is in Norway Americans. thats why its not destroyed
+missy thatsame They do not speak German in Scandinavian countries. The Scandinavian countries are like Norway, Sweden and Finland. It would then be Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish. In German I remember just umlauts which are two dots over a letter and there were different marks over these letters (sorry I do not know what they are in a Norwegian language, I only know how to say many thousand thanks and shit in Norwegian, but do not fully know how to spell them).
How wonderful.
Tak for det. Awesome.
cool video..keep up the great work ❤
Such a shame no one is living there.
Man I want to live there it's so cool
This house isn't dusty enough to be abandoned for 25 years. Perhaps someone is still there.
Somebody left quickly. The drawers weren’t completely closed and the vacuum cleaner was just left where it was.
CHARMING LITTLE PLACE
Beautiful ferns
Wow, that is a pretty cool place, I agree with the title definitely lost in time if it was 1985 you would think that place was just used, nice to see no vandalism in a abandoned property, you would think the furniture would be mouse damaged strange how it isn't.
redneckbryon Thanks. yes sometimes mouse not get in and eat and shitting around. floor was full of bugs and it was very dusty inside. looks it was cleaned down in 1990 and never used after that.
+datapakx25 How do you know that it's not in use or that the owner doesn't keep it clean?
+Kelly G in my personal opinion the decor and clearly the grounds around the cabin have not being maintained
+redneckbryon Yes, you're right. It's just so clean, you know? It makes you think. Where is the dust?
The dust? open your eyes and look the floor its full of bugs and dust. clean lol
Someone's recently been there , or still around.. counter is shiny , no dust , just a few dead flies.
luv this video. I've seen it three times. ..
i explore abandoned time relics as well. ive been working my way methodically across the country criss crossing from state to stat coast to coast for almost 40 years now. my calling card is a stale poo left in kitchen crockery. usually a tea pot or cookie jar.
What a beautiful little place. I bet the owners were very happy there. Thank you for filming it. I would love to have stayed for the summer.
wow, it's almost as if the owners could come home any second, this is just the sort of thing I would love to stumble upon.
