You mean to tell me I can sync my Final Serge workouts on my watch?
Yes! From Final Surge, it has to be programmed by your coach (and it ONLY works for Garmin, no other brands - so I don't use it universally unless requested). You can also program any and all workouts yourself through your Garmin directly - under "training" and "workouts" you can build a workout and even include pace ranges if you want to!
