Thank you so much for the tip dr. I will implement this in my daily routine. Also i'd say meditation works the same, concentrating on the breath and returning to it when the mind slips away. It's very frustrating to lack concentration when you are set on your way.
Really helpful! i'm a med student and things keep poping up in my mind while studying, thats really bothering because i have to learn a huge amount of material, i'm talking about more than a thousand pages and more than a hundred new names and important numbers in the next two months, and the exams are as hard as they can be, so i would gladly accept any advice and new techniques.
