I was able to make a car that is powered by turning and would work with real world physics but it isn’t nearly as good as this, mainly because I haven’t worked on the design since I made it. This is an interesting idea for a car, as I understand it, you have converted rotational force into car motion by reverse rotation. It's unusual, but it's cool!
@@GroriumGames the reverse rotation is not actually necessary, it mainly amplifies the effect, it would work with only one rotation with the wheels behind the rotating bearing, the wheel at the front is what converts rotation to forwards motion, friction prevents it from going to the side pushing the vehicle and once the wheel is parallel to the direction of the vehicle velocity the friction reduces thanks to the nature of wheels. I think it was explained best in the thumbnail. Sorry if the text is hard to read but you should be able to tell what is happening thanks to the red arrows which represents forces.

There is no reverse gear in this car, moreover, the car is constantly moving forward, so it must be put on a lift to stop it (the idea of a car is to use the minimum amount of resources).
