Good decision buying that mower, that's great silage you have there, if there was a tidy farms award you'd be top of your class Adrian, I like the way you keep everything in top order.
Another sensible purchase to add to your ever expanding collection of immaculate implement collection. It takes time and money to build up all the tools to do the job to the high standard toy set yourself. Well done on another great video. 👍
Another great video Adrian, I was pretty sure that mower wasn't going anywhere after you had used it. It's also nice to get a free gift in the post every now and then, just reward for hard work.
Credit to you, so many you tube farmers do not have serviceable PTO guards, the one on the slurrry tankers is fitted and you have it connected by the safety chains.
Ah yeah, the aul Sunday morning I Farm We Farm fix..... nothing like it. Always enjoyable and always educational. Farmhands new sales man in the Cavan region maybe??? Great vids 👌🏻.
Let it never be said that the Irish cannot tell a good story! Yeah! And beautiful photography! Educational, enjoyable, and quality! What more could you want?
Spot on Adrian!! The Krone is the best of the best - quality German manufacturing with pedigree- And the way you look after your stuff it’ll last you years- and great trade in machine!!! Perfect. And you don’t need conditioner in your case. They use more diesel and boys get them just for vanity! Good man Adrian!!!!!!
Good man Adrian straight to the washer with the mower you will have that machine for years if you take care of it like that, Great video thanks for sharing 👍..
9ft krone mower w conditioner is around £12000 currently so tbh you have a valid point considering you don’t need it as it does cost a lot extra to have.
I always learn something when I watch your vlog along with many others. Today I learned about the Tractor Guards, which I will look into for my new JD 3039R compact tractor. I live in Oregon USA, but had never heard of them.
Barry Davidson: Ireland was covered by ice sheets during the last ice age. The hills that Adrian farms still spew up rock from the soil. I am sure he has a rock pile at the end of a field or two. So, having an additional shield to protect from hurled stones thrown up makes a lot of sense.
Great crop of grass and looks well cut, that is a cracking mower and you will know better than any one keep your implements clean and tidy will keep them right but be careful putting that soap on it will creep into the bearings over time and wear them out 10 times faster, good video enjoyed it
Nice to see you and the farm going well, congratulations on your new acquisition health to enjoy and as a fellow lower back sufferer best wishes for the future.
great video again ,am a bit concerned that you left tractor running when you took of the pto shaft ,sorry for criticising but a faulty switch could lead to disaster
She’s very safe, to switches plus a seat sensor would have to all go faulty at the one time, even then it would be hard to see it come on. These more modern tractors have lots of saftey features. Cheers Thomas
Dear Adrian! I was thinking, as I sometimes do, where you might be chucking those little stones that come up in your pastures. See as how you have hedges, are you chucking them in the hedge rows, maybe? Could that be why it's so important to have the stone guards when you go hedge trimming? And I was thinking before that there was a stone pile or stone fence that you might be mending!!! Silly me!!! It's a good thing you'll be topping those hedges and not cutting the sides near the ground level then... Or will you? Holy smokes! What am I thinking? You're probably doing a PROPER job as you always do! Plexiglas all around, man!
About 20 years ago I was spreading manure with a New Holland beater spreader and a rock the size of a 5 pin bowling ball come threw the back window and hit me mid back an laid me over the steering wheel. If it had of hit me in the head I won't be typing this !!! Window guards are a must , your life is worth any cost !!
Love your videos as it brings back memories of my Fathers hobby farm and the two brothers he hired to run it. Just about everything we had was John Deere or New Holland. You run a class "A" operation in my book and keep on making those wonderful video's..............................
It might cost a bit initially but it's saving you in the long run not havi g to pay a contractor to cut the grass. And I am guessing 3 cuts a year over the life of your new mower it will pay for itself many times over
And it is the satisfaction of running up and down those hills cutting the grass too. Did you see how fast he was driving down those hills never mind how fast he was driving up? The man put a straight-pipe exhaust on the tractor! He likes being behind the wheel!!!
Hi Adrian, Wellware on the new mower and best of luck with it, serious machine and doing a serious job. The only reason I think I would be in favour of the conditioner is if you are going to bale straight of the mowed blow without raking at all, Don't know what kind of a bale you would make after your blow without raking ????, might be the finest I don't know, what do you think???. Great video as always and thanks for the info. 🐄👍.
Great video there again.. when will you be doing the review on the robotic lawnmower... was thinking of getting one for next year instead of buying new ride on..
When we bought or last Second hand Massey there was a rattle in the sunroof when on a rough road. One day I took off material cover and found a small 30mm piece of a disc mower blade. There was just a small slit in the cover where it went in.
Bet Adrian feels like a contractor in that Massey😎you've well earned it and everything you have, fairplay👍But them codes can be a pain in the newer tractors
Keeps the grass off wet ground easier to rake less soil contamination. conditioning is as good as a pass with tether and if window is short is better.Wud have been cheaper for this size of farm to pay contractor
@@ag8556 I can see the point in having a mower regardless of farm size. As you can won when the weather suits your area. The problem is. Will the contractor be able to come when you have mowed?. To get around the lack of conditioner a kicker would do I similar job. But that's more work and expensive
20:10 Throwing in the stand for the mower was great, but how do you park it without a stand? Do you have to lower the bed? It feels like that should be standard equipment.
@@IFarmWeFarm Ok. Personally I think that was a bad decision by Krone when you think of all the mowers what will now end up propped on logs, oil drums, concrete blocks, tied to gates with baling twine, etc because space is scarce and the stand isn't there. It's a bit like selling a trailer without any form of jack. Hopefully not too many will topple over on top of someone!
I just Google searched checked plated tractor tool boxes, click on shopping and thins one will pop up pretty quickly. I just can’t remember the name of the online shop
Great video as always, that mower will look the same in 5+ years the way you look after your equipment, fantastic drone work aswell Adrian
Best thing on a Sunday

Nice one Adrian
Beautiful crop! How do you like your new seat? Looks a lot more comfortable than the old one!

One day I took off material cover and found a small 30mm piece of a disc mower blade. There was just a small slit in the cover where it went in.
Yes can very easily happen
Wyd u consider buying a tedder?
Are u keeping the topper
Nice vidoe try Hyd top link on u mower u be able to adjust on the go make some different and I u do make sure u top link has a chech value
I thought you were going hedge cutting when I say cover window
Bet Adrian feels like a contractor in that Massey😎you've well earned it and everything you have, fairplay👍But them codes can be a pain in the newer tractors
Enjoy ur Chanel u have lovely tidy place
On a wet year you will wish you had the conditioner. It breaks the grass so the grass will dry faster. But health to drive 👍

He’s done loads of videos on them lad
Best of luck with the mower . Does your oldest daughter ever drive the tractor s?
Not yet Alan, one day soon
Love your videos
Lovely vid ta…btw…its ‘fate’ not faith..😊
20:10 Throwing in the stand for the mower was great, but how do you park it without a stand? Do you have to lower the bed?
It feels like that should be standard equipment.
The standard stand only allows you to take it off with the bed lying down, takes up a lot of room that way

Looking hard at a Krone EZcut mower and martins are fairly lical and a dealer for Krone
10/11k lad might be more today
Hello Adrian, i just wondering where did you get the check plate toolbox. Great video.
I just Google searched checked plated tractor tool boxes, click on shopping and thins one will pop up pretty quickly. I just can’t remember the name of the online shop
Sunday is complete now
A nether great video
