I'd choose an X5 M over any GLE 63s, S Q7 or even a Cayenne GTS. Even in its standard guise. Heck, I'd even choose an ordinary X5 over any ordinary guise of the other SUVs. But BMW could use some help in exhaust/engine note. Sounds so muted. Nothing like the V8 Merc. Stellar video, RoCars 👌🏾

@@borghorsa1902 Not necessarily better or we can use the term "better" in this context as a matter of preference. I'm a die-hard fan of all GTS Porsche models from the 911 to the Macan to the Cayenne, you name them. I also think no modern V8 force-fed engines sound better than Mercs-manufactured engines BUT having said all that, I love BMWs. I love their interior designs. Not too subtle yet not too busy. I love the design of theirs seats, their perforated leather, the fact that they have stubbornly stuck with a gear lever & have never abandoned their kidney-grill design. It's just out of love, man.

@@LC-mt1tw Different strokes for different folks. I'm just not a fan of the top-of-the-range Porsches. GTS are the peak of the range for me 😉

One recommendation from a RoCars fan: the music collection for the interior shots is a bit repetitive. The songs are all amazing (love the chill step/ ambient sounds), but I know all of them by now :D Please find some additional tracks (that are similar, same genre) because I'm sure you can find many other great tracks that suit the video out there. Didn't think the new x5 had any hope in the looks department with that grill, but this kit definitely makes it work! Good job 👍🏽
This kit didn’t do anything to the grill, only the bottom. The venting on the front of the X5M is to cool the twin turbos down and also let the double inter coolers breath after running. The front design is a must to pack in the new 600hp plus V8.
@@k.c.6846 that's what I meant by 'makes it work'. The grill looks a lot more proportional to the rest of the front with the kit
