Why do they all act as if she was never locked up before? She was in jail for over a year in Pennsylvania and almost a year in New Jersey. Plus all her other accumulated weeks and months from multiple extended arrests. Plus court-ordered supervised closed inpatient detox and rehab in a crappy for-profit rehab mill. If you think the latter is a luxury vacation, you have no idea what you're talking about.
What happened in Volusia County is so egregious _because_ she already spent years without personal freedom, caused by her behaviour. _Because_ she already got a lot more punishment than a "slap on the wrist" before. And not only did that not lead to her realising that she couldn't go on like that anymore and had to make massive changes in her life, it made her go further down and get worse. _That's_ where the aspect of sociopathy comes into play. Nothing of all of this is her fault in her mind.
In some ways, her induction into the WWE HOF in 2011 might be the worst thing that ever happened in her life. Because before that, she had to - more or less - live like a regular person. She was a star on television again for another five minutes, after years of relative obscurity. Everybody told her how great she looked again, after getting back in shape for that. All that "the orginal diva is back, baby" blah-blah inflating her ego again. Now she had 'roided-out sugar daddies in Ed Hardy shirts lining up to "bang the '90s hotness" and enable her addictions. Beats cleaning workout benches and tanning beds in a gym for a living, to supplement indie appearances in VFW halls, right? And everything went downhill like a snowball after that, from 2012 onward. She couldn't handle her initial fame in the '90s - and her short comeback sent her on an even worse trajectory.
She still owes PA time after this is over I believe.

There was a pay phone outside the arena. We helped put quarters into it so he could call her. We were joking about talking to her. I HEARD HER ON THE PHONE. All of sudden he turned pale like a ghost. Tears in his eyes and he stopped talking to us. Story went Sunny was with Hbk. And while he was on the phone that night. He heard HBk in the back ground. 😢

Some cookie cutter prison were she got everything she wanted as in food etc. so it was a big joke to her which is why things ended up the way they did for her. Even after killing someone she showed no remorse other than trying to get a light sentence

What's the status of her Pennsylvania & New Jersey cases from her prior arrests there? Would those states wait that long to extradite her?
i live in PA. in PA the law states that your pending charges for a person inprisoned in another state are still up for prosecution. basically within 180 days of her sentencing the state of PA can begin processing the charges against her (which are pretty extensive). Florida would, if it went to trial and she was required to be present, would send her with a FL state constable to PA for the trial. I imagine New Jersey has a similar law.
this could all be delayed if she does in fact appeal her Florida conviction.

I don’t feel sorry for her anymore. She got to that point most hardcore addicts get to where its a life in jail, or they go get sober and grow up. Rehab ain’t cheap, but vince would have paid for her to get clean and had done many times in the past.
Instead she continues getting wasted and continues driving in that state, having multiple accidents and then ultimately ends up killing an elderly man. Even now shes making excuses and blaming it on her Ex Chris who has been dead for 15 years.
USA is one of the worst countries to go to jail for drink driving causing death. In my country she would have been out within 5 years.
Rehab doesn't work.by their own admission,as claims a 5 percent success rate.that is a huge failure
I'm actually shocked that bizzaro world we live in now put her away. I'd bet my life if she still looked the way she once did. This conversation would be different and we'd be asking why is not on jail while she's on only fans🤮
