  • This is the first video in a short series about my reasons and progress towards losing weight. Going from obesity to normal weight from high blood pressure to normal and from high blood sugar levels and type 2 diabetes to normal levels and diabetes in complete remission all in a year. Follow this series to find out how I did it and how you can too. Find out about how I changed my diet (as opposed to dieting) how I increased my activity during lockdown and beyond, how I have lost weight sustainably.
    In this series I will take you through the details of what I did, what worked, what didn't and the tweaks and alterations that I made.

    Congrats on reaching a milestone on your journey. You look great. I had noticed you were losing weight from last year but I was hoping that it was from a position of health rather than illness. Keep it up.

      Many thanks for that. However, the weight loss absolutely is from a position of health, it is a conscious decision and is happening as a consequence of fitness and diet regimes designed to effect changes rather than from ill health having a deleterious effect. It is indeed important for these things to be sustainable, which is often the difficulty for people who struggle with weight issues.

    Hi Dave, well done. I got my weight down in lockdown from 84kg to 74kg feel a lot better.
