    I hope to start using a peptide in January. This is a perfect video to send to my husband and daughter to explain what I'm doing. Thank you, Dr. Tyna!

    I have been on a low-dose of trizepati since September with no side effects. And I have kept it at 30 units because it has been effective since I started and it has not increased .I do use the compound version which allows me to do this after listen to one of Doctor Tyna podcast. I have been doing strength training.Lifting up heavy things and putting them down.Along with prioritize in protein and sleeping well and doing other things.And I can see where my weight is decreasing without losing any of my muscle mass

    I never questioned the effectiveness for two reasons 1) my daughter is a body builder and we chat often 2) long story short after using a birth control shot once, I had a voracious appetite , I knew there had to be something that would be the opposite and when it was discovered it would be huge.
    I got luck that I jumped on this when you have done GLP-1 done right. Thank you for the work that you are doing.

    You are the most amazing teacher, and the one that make scene. Lowest dose for three month, and finally my brainfog is lifting🤩 weightloss is extreamly slow, but I dont care💃

    In addition to big pharma there is also “big diet” A massive amount of money goes into mostly ineffective weight loss programs. The idea that there is an effective tool out there is terrifying for those interests.

    Purchased my first pen in October for my diabetic issues. Weight loss and my count dropped. Loved the results. The problem is cost. Cannot afford $600.00 a pen.

      Do compound pharmacy. Way cheaper and you can control the dose.

    Dr. Tyna, what are your thoughts on Ozempic’s development and trials of mRNA versions? Additional; I’m wary these new versions could be introduced without disclosure… people will simply be transitioned within their current prescriptions 🧐

      Sounds like a sure way to cause autoimmune disease. Make you allergic to your own glp. Glp-1 is actually a peptide your body already makes IN CERTAIN PLACES. Highjacking random cells in places the body knows shouldn’t to make a non natural version of the peptide (to allow patent) will trigger antibodies since the body is actually very smart. It will cross react with natural glp and that is very bad.

    Help! I have taken Ozempic for three months now and have stopped losing weight. I feel better and my blood sugar is better, but my weight isn’t doing anything. I have taken my shots and watched my diet. I am also exercising. My only problem is severe constipation.

      You need to consume a ton of water! You need to tweak your diet!

    • @Ren_coaching
      @Ren_coaching 19 днів тому +4

      Consider investing in a health coach who can review your food (not about calories), hormones, and address the constipation… would guess other factors creating the constipation and not simply the possible ozempic connection.

      No not a “ton of water” be careful giving this advice because if the body is lacking in electrolytes such a magnesium etc more water will actually compound the situation and cause the body to loose more electrolytes through excessive urination , add electrolytes to your water so the body maintains balance, start with sea salt, add magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate that will help with constipation

    • @kerreshaangus
      @kerreshaangus 18 днів тому

      @Nannerchan I increased my water intake and drink smooth move tea every other daybih the beginning to ensure no constipation but I also eat chia seed in my yogurt. Not sure if that will help.

    Is there certain labs that need to be done to check metabolic health and inflammation besides the usual labs ordered by doctors ? I did started Oz about 3 mths ago. The only different blood work ordered by my Endocrinologist was C peptide. I don’t have thyroid or BP issues. Just CAD.

    I have been doing all the things you talk about, weight lifting and eat very low carb. However, my A1C went back up and putting fat on around middle. I know that I have become insulin resistant. Doctor put me back on thyroid medication, but I don't think it is full answer. I'm not ready for injections, but I am willing to try Berberine. I wish I had blessing of doctor on it.

      Watch Dr Tyna’s video on berberine. It’s not a natural semaglutide.
