Another good video from Notorious fig. Those roots were exploding. You mentioned that it was a 3 gallon pot and then on the video that it was a 2 gallon pot. Are they taller pots? I like the move of putting a empty 4x9 pot in and filling the 2 gallon pot up and then popping that one right in. Perfect
Alway up pot when the tree wants it, not when others tell you it "should" be done. By paying close attention to each tree you are doing best practices .
Looks awesome man, such a good feeling when you pop those out and see roots like that.
We do things almost identical, Best way in my opinion.
Liked the video. Have you considered waiting a few weeks and including that footage as well? The results of the up-potting.
There are more videos on this. ua-cam.com/video/22kgvP3b3cE/v-deo.htmlsi=zcAG84iFB2g3b35Q

It was 2 gallon. I repeated at the end incorrectly.
Good stuff, thanks for sharing.
Check out those roots ⭐️

I have a question can you grow Angelito outdoors in zone 8a?
I would definitely try it. Prob not a bad idea to give a little bit of winter protection if you get below 20F. It's a great fig.
If I buy a plant for 2.5k and one leaf falls, id try to root it 😂
I bet it tastes expensive🤔😀
Yep lol 😂
I would have splayed those roots out all nice into a 15 gallon. And capitalize on cutting wood. Make a damn killing haha.
At this stage if you mess with the roots you’re risking killing the tree.
I will die if a single leaf on a 2500 dollar tree comes off...that's because the wife will kill me. I'd be interested in a cutting...ijs
