- So these are the last moments of van life for me. Too many mechanics, break downs and sticky situations to count! This is how it ended... But life really does go on people. These are my last moments and thoughts.

Well change is often a good thing and Toyotas are so reliable! My 2010 RAV4 is still in great shape (knock on wood). New and different adventures to come. Keep us posted ! 😊

Right… the weather is a massive factor for me. They all love vans down there. They are van obsessed in NZ I remember!

I feel ya on the astro transmission issues.. 3500 big ones which is near what I paid for the van.. I cant shake the thought that If I bought an awd sienna, that would have went to fuel or the build... you live and you learn, wanted a awd 4x4 converted Astro for 8 years or so I think I had to learn the hard way!
I'll stay tuned to see what you get up to next for sure.

OMG I know exactly how you feel my road trek The motor no good anymore needs to be rebuilt or new one. I’m not going to pay for that so I purchased a Toyota sienna 2004And I had to put some money into it , I was devastated but having said that I’m still living in my big van RV. It’s parked on a private property for right now, ???? so I have to Toyota to move around and I’m going back to work part time have a job interview tomorrow. Wow to me it’s a change I cannot say for the better or worst for now Yet . Very sad I feel ❤

Awww perhaps someone will see potential in your van & fix it up. My jeep Buddy is 20 years old so I’m praying everyday. Apparently jeep season is not over in NJ. It’s going to be my second winter. 6 blankets & 3 comforters at night & I’m a cozy little chipmunk😂. Looking forward to your next chapter. Stay safe & stay awesome Adam!❤️❤️

Dang, Adam. Where you been? Keep the van. This spring, you might wish you did. If so, fix it then. If not, fix it the following year. The body still looked good. Just my 2 cents. Dealership won’t be fair on a trade anyway. Besides, hard to go fishing in Corolla. Good long lasting car though. Let’s know where you end up.👍
