Superman IV still had its merits. It still had the love story and sentiment of the first two movies holding it together. The only real problem with it are the cheasy special effects that give it kind of a cheap quality.

unfortunately little did he know how much Superman IV would suck. I loved 1 n 2 and wished 3 had it's original script. NuclearMan should have been rewritten as Bizarro. There was a lot wrong with IV.

I agree Superman IV was a huge flop but it had it's fun moments. However I think there is "a lot wrong" with your grammar, so I'd correct myself (that being you) before correcting others :)

Yeah, I remember seeing the poster for it and Jaws the Revenge at my local theater and getting excited for both films. Unfortunately, they were released one week apart the summer of '87 and were a one two punch of the two worst major franchise sequels EVER.
