The user manual is incredible useful if you plan to tweak your drumset the most. There are very technical aspects that can't be set intuitively, like the Crosstalk Rejection and some other settings.

Wow... I didn't hear any machine-gunning. That's different.
Disapointing. There isn't one kit on this drum set that sounds even close to being as good sounding as my Pearl Export acoustic drum set.
The samples are actual recordings of high end acoustic Pearl kits, taken in Nashville, minutes from the Pearl Factory.
But they ALL fall short of your Export? Lol.
This comment is as hilariously dramatic as it is totally untrue.
The choice to not pair this with the mimic module, but instead with this new module is the single biggest dummy McDumbDumb mistake I've probably ever seen pearl make.
Have you tried both? I’m also a fan of the Mimic, but I’m not convinced those brains are intended to compete with each other in every aspect.
@@AdamTuminaro I have tried both, more experience with the mimic for sure. I also don't get the sense that the modules are competing. It's just unfortunate that they made (in my opinion) the best pads currently available and then made the active choice to not pair them with what you could argue is the best module on the market. Kinda like putting a Honda engine in a Lambo. Like...yea it works but...WHAT?! 😂
Not a bad kit but really loud in my experience, not a good catch if you have sensitive neighbours lmao
