I'd say no. The instakill chance is nice, but it won't work on Bosses/Enemies immune to dark. While Myriad Truth not only deals Almighty damage multiple times, but also have damage buff from trait (meaning on 100% compendium completion it's still most damaging skill legally avaliable to player in all of the series).

Probably not even close my some of these other dlc skills are broken AF so it doesn't natter

Not even close lol, it's only 10 points stronger than Megidolaon which makes it worse than even Morning Star and Black Viper in terms of damage.
