BL2 VHs tier list has been done a lot of times over the years, but what 90% of all videos agree on is 1. Salvador 2. Zer0 3. Maya 4. Gaige 5. Krieg/Axton 6. Axon/Krieg. Personally, I am playing only Zer0 and Maya.

I think it's very strange to spend basically the entire time you talk about zer0 talking about a single build. Maybe his sniper build has bad sustainability, but that doesnt mean he as a character does. Like in my experience Zer0 has incredible survivability, his action skill turns him invisible, and with a moxxi weapon and kunai you can regen back to full health while completely invisible.

Krieg is a charge in and take out as many as possible before going down and really good with Maya players for support to heal. Zero is a sniper for all the good and bad that comes with it so if a good player has allies to be meat shields, range and good equipment they can tear through enemies but up close get rid of most of the good skills.

I have, since playing on the 360, always said axton has an upper hand to maya concerning general gameplay. However, maya has the back draft glitch.. So if you take that into consideration, well the fact is maya could potentially outperform sal in a few particular scenarios.. One being dstruct peak. I solo'd op9 with backdraft maya and did not go down once. I can't say the same for sal.. I always go down at least once with sal when I am helping someone through d struct

Although he may be #1 I find Salvador just so boring I can’t play him

Axton is my favorite character, and I respect where you placed him. I knew Sally was a fun character cause once you get the money shot perk, then build around that it's faster to break the game with him. With Axton, it takes longer cause the double turret double slag combo build are both the final unlocks

"oh krieg, the character who never stops getting hate" bro idk what circles you are in but krieg is one of the most loved characters in the franchise😂, aside from that, putting my feelings aside about how "fun" a character is, i agree with 90% of your list, gaige may be boring as all hell, but man, she is stupidly powerful

Zero is the most fun

Everyone thinks you need shock weapons for gaige, but she also adds shock damage to any weapon, and adds fire damage to shock weapons, and can slag without slag weapons. She is extremely powerful, especially if you get her anarchy in that sweet spot where you can still sorta hit crits with a lady fist.

Zero is easily the second best in the game. Only person close to him is Maya

I probably don't even disagree that Krieg is the worst character (not by much tho) BUT I have some disagreements with a few things mentioned. Hellborn does insane damage for anything aside from bosses (though still decent against bosses) and also Javelin Krieg has better healing than his other builds IMO since you one shot everything and the damage is so high that you will ALWAYS hit full hp after a kill. His bossing is pretty bad without doing proper setups but with those setups you can kill most bosses in a few seconds. He can even one shot dukinos mom, it's just difficult. Also I don't like when people bring up Shamfleeting on Gaige because even Krieg can Shamfleet and destroy everything. The gear itself is so broken that while Gaige CAN have the most damage from it, everyone will die in one shot regardless of what character you're playing so the Anarchy stacks are just overkill. It's like when people try to argue Maya being super good because of Beehawking but it's broken on any character so.... Anyway, my nitpicks aside, I really enjoyed this video and you had me interested in what you were gonna say the whole way through. Thanks for making this ❤ P.S. I saw what you did at 13:43

Ngl dissapointed that 3 icons aren't representative of 3 different builds for each character. Say Melee krieg gets worst tier, then fire one gets slightly higher and his explosive build gets slightly better than fire build rating.

I still have never found a legit twister. I've all but given up. One reason I don't like gague is all her best gear is a pain to get.

Outside of raid bosses, Krieg is better than people give him credit for. The vast majority of my deaths on Krieg are self inflicted, either by an unfortunate silence the voices streak or accidentally blowing myself up with the swordsploaion.

If you ever revisit the list or do a similar one for another game, I think it would help if you had a different color for the profile pics like dps could be red, Survivability green and consistency yellow or whatever floats your boat, Would help keep track of the list

I think for zero, you hyper focus too much on the sniper build. While it's the best dmg wise, you don't need that much damage for mobing and leveling. Pistol Zer0 have plenty of surviviability. Yes he is weak in that departement, but imo, you amplify a lot this feeling by taking into the account only the sniper build. For gaige, the consistency is biased 100%. Getting the norfleet is a pain in the ass. Same for the twister. The rarity of those two weapon is enough to make her consistancy drop. Deathtrap being a good way to push back/taunt normal mobs is good, but useless against some boss, and the lack of good slag skills and precision on slags weapon is even worth. With all of that, it's hard to say that she is "consistant". I really like to play gaige too, but to me she feel either very good and fun and dynamic, with a lot of surviviability, fast reload and good damage input. Or she miss a lot of shots, cant use some weapon, never slag, crash games and what the fuck are you doing deathtrap. Anyway, good video, was interesting to watch and ear someone talk about this subject :>

I'm pretty biased on zer0 being the best, purely because he's the only character I've completed a deathless run on, hubris is quite a b!tch because i tried the same thing with Gaige, used anarchy from the start because I was just that confident, and once i made it to op 1 it took me 2 minutes to instantly die ...... Silver lining my gaige is almost maxed now

Did Beelzebub lose Swarm of Flies? It’s the most (or at least was) powerful dark attack that targets multiple demons and uses pierce. I assume it’s because of the cost but I used him to beat Demi Fiend on hard mode in the Vanilla Switch version.

You don't need an Avian to Seal Demi-Fiend. Makajam on a high luck build like Naamah will do the trick as well.

Masakado isn't the best demon, and Murakumo isn't even a good skill. Gogmagog is the best demon by a hilariously wide margin and Blur is the best Nahobino skill. Even considering that, Figment Slash and Rampage both exist.

Completed this mod on pre-last difficulty, and it is enjoyable! Not that hard as nocturne on 'hard' but it provides enough challenge... As long as you dont see nyx's Last stage.... Bruh it can be killed only with 2 armagedons

The mod was okay but the boss AI was still far too easy to manipulate. I’d really love to see fights that have super intelligent AI that guarantee you will die. In P3R in particular they are at their most exploitable where 99% of the time you know their following action so can counter it perfectly
