OH HECK YES! Leave out the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon from the batter, add salt lots of ground black pepper and some freshly grated parm (to the batter) stuff with ham and cheese (or any filling you like) and cook. Heaven!
You definitely can! But I didn’t want the batter to go to waste so I figured why not make patties? Mia actually enjoys the patties more than the roll ups lol
