Beware that B12 is a stiff shoe with the rods, so for easy/recovery runs your feet will wanna have something more soft and flexible. As for moderate and uptempo paces it’s really good and comes to live when pushed a bit.
I’m critical of the B12 upper right up to the point when I actually run in them. The thinness of the tongue, the minimal heel cup, the thin laces, all completely unnoticeable when I run in them. It’s weird.
Got my second pair of Boston 12 in black colour did 700 km in green one still good to use. Found offer and bought straight away new pair. Best shoe ever on my opinion can do everything fast and slow running.
Need a second pair of new shoes, got my second pair of Boston 12s arriving tomorrow, previously had the Boston 12 and Adizero SL, so looking at what to replace the Adizero SL with, either the Supernova Rise or get another pair of Adizero SLs?
I have no idea why everyone loves the Boston 12, that's the reason I got them but I guess everyone has different feet and running mechanics so maybe it works for others but not me. It reminds me of Asics magic speed 2 that I had. Definitely not a shoe I would reach out for most runs as it was firm.
Gets a bit softer after a few runs and is too firm and stiff for easy runs. It’s indeed like Magic Speed in that it comes to live when you push the pace to moderate, uptempo or faster. Difference to Magic Speed is though that B12 can do long runs much better.
I'm 40 now, but started running just before I turned 39, I was overweight when I started running, and it was the Boston shoes that really got me into long distance running, especially as I was trying to lose weight at the time. The Boston 11s were awful, yet they were what got me into long distance running, the Boston 12 though have been excellent. I'm getting my second pair tomorrow after running over 1000km in my current pair.
Definitely the Superblast. Much more fun too. Only current Asics shoe that brings me to the fun the first novablast gave me. Still trying to understand theassive love for the Boston 12 getting it not long ago.
I thought the Supernova would be more comparable to the Adizero SL. The Boston 12 seems like a big step up.
Yes the SL is the daily trainer of the Adizero lineup and would be a better comparison match to the Supernova.
Number 1. Such a good comparison. Thanks so much. The B12s are looking like my next shoe for ‘everything’
They really are amazing value. Of my current rotation only the Superblasts come close, and they’re £55 more!
I bought these shoes and I am debating whether they support the ankle and whether they are suitable for non-competitive basketball

If the Boston 12 had uppers like the Rise, it would be the ideal shoe for me.

After my 20 kms with B12s, i feel like theyre already breaking good.
Dropping 30-45 seconds every other day. Unbelievably good
Thanks for the review. It helped me to decide between the two. Chose Adidas Boston 12. Will be my second pair.
I was hoping the Supernova Rise to be close to the Novablast 3 at least but seeing your review I believe it is no where near it?
I got distracted by the messy bed behind!! 😆Was that comments bait? Thanks for the video!
Love the ride of the B12 but not the fit. After many runs, I still can’t get it to fit right. Otherwise a great shoe.
Which one is better for 5Ks?
When can we expect Endorphin Pro 4 review? I am anxiously waiting.
The Boston 12 lost the little responsiveness it had for me pretty soon. I am strangely liking the rebel v3 and cyclone 2 to be great Allrounders
So I decided to pick up my bostons again but changed the insole with my old mach 5 ones - it’s a dream now ;)

Hoping for a good SL 2 for an adidas daily shoe 🤞
1:06 FYI Boston is a 6.5mm drop.
Boston 12 for marathon?

Hi
What shoes would you recommend for someone 40 years old who started running 2 months ago and have a flat fit?
Thank you 🙏

Can you run park runs and 10k races in the Boston 12
Boston 12 all day
Which is bouncier, boston 12 or superblast?

Boston 12 stack height is 6.5mm not 8mm. Why wouldn't you get simple stats right? And it definitely doesn't feel like 8mm on foot.
I hate your socks
He’ll be gutted.
@@andrewparker5800 no doubt
gut punch
Devastated
The blue ones or the red ones. The red ones are nice. What's the advantage of knee socks when running?
