    I've been using the app since January. I've dropped 40 pounds and put on some decent muscle. The community is where it is, and honestly, I could care less about splits or diet planning. To me, it's just good old-fashioned body-building, something many apps seem to miss these days. Many apps seem to get bogged down in the science and macros, and you end up with way too many options. This app is like, okay, here is what we are doing today, and sometimes I look at it and go, damn, I hate this or that exercise, but I suck it up and do it. In a way it challenges me to get outside my comfort zone and push harder when I tend to want to fall back into a rut.

    You can change lbs to kg in settings. It’s under Unit Of Measure.

    The biggest issue I have is not be able to swap exercises like you mention in the video. There are alternatives but you can't save the weight. And when you do it messes up your data. You can just swap pounds to kilo's and vice versa in your profile settings tho.
    Another issue is that the training involves a lot of spinal load and multiple compounds in the same workout not being able to go all the way every exercise. From deadlifts to unsupported t-bar rows, to squats? Backpain will kill you before muscle fatique. Not to mention that deadlifts are not very beneficial and take a ton of energy to perform.
    Not enough shoulder exercises, lot of chest and legs. I was adding shoulder exercises in as well. Same for arms actually, usually it was just 1 bicep / tricep exercise...
    Resting days don't really make sense. As an advanced lifter I just trained sooner. I don't need 2 restdays after legs to do chest... It felt like I was doing not enough volume and wasting time.
    The ability to not be able to swap between getting big or getting shredded program. It will reset your progress if you want to swap.
    You must complete the foundation program before anything else, you can't even look into the other programs before you finished the 90 day program. The workout is 3 phases but these phases are very similar and so are the exercises so it gets dull if you have to do them for 3 months. You can ofcourse do alternatives but that messes up your data as described in my first issue.
    There is no weight suggestion, a lot of guess work. Sometimes you need 20 reps and sometimes 12. Obviously you need more weight on 12. Only shows what you did last time, which isn't very helpful.
    No feedback on how you felt, maybe you were tired or injured, no way to add notes or alter the program.

      Yea its a shame there are so many simple flaws that most other programs had that could easily be fixed and you're right it would be nice to even just have a look at all the programs before you commit to one.
      I have actually just started Joe Delaney's Push App again as I find it works best for what I am after.

      They just implemented an exercise swap feature (either for just the current workout or for the whole program).

      I am not sure mate, I didn't realise they were until I read your comment. Looks like youtube have disabled them and there doesn't seem to be a way for me to turn them back on?

    do the app provide a diet aswell that matches your needs ?

      It gives nutrition advice not a diet plan

    In the Pump, you can choose if you prefer lbs or kg so I suspect you did not go as thoroughly through this app as you claim.

      I was searching for this comment as I have been using this in Europe and it was the first thing I found.
