I've got the metallic white Alpine Esprit on order. Should arrive around end of September. I was amazed how nice it was to test drive. It put my Audi Q2 to shame. Obviously no where as quick but speed isn't everything and my Audi came with next to nothing tech wise.
Nice video. How far can the Captur go in hybrid mode on the highway if the battery runs out and it runs only on the internal combustion engine? In reviews of the previous version of the Captur, it was mentioned that it can go up to a speed of 130 km purely on electricity. Does it apply here too? When can we expect a review of Symbioz ?
same in here. Unfortunately, it is coming to Finland in September so the forthcoming tax hike might effect the prices. I certainly hope it is available for pre booking before September with 0.9%
I really like the Captur. But the seating position is far far too high. It's impossible for me to see the red lights. I have to lean over and put my head in the passenger seat, haha. I'm only 180 cm tall. Needs to sit at least five cm lower. I have a Skoda Kamiq now and there you can really lower the seat for good visibility.
How does the kamiq perform over rough roads sleeping policemen pot holes etc. Pity they don't do hybrid version in the kamiq. What engine is yours. Thankyou
@@giocharles My Kamiq (has driven 10000 km, year 2023) is a very good car. Two big disadvantages though, tire noise and suspension. The first thing I did was change from 18 inch wheels to 16 inch. It got a lot better but not great. With 18 inch wheels, it wasn't possible to converse with passengers at speeds of 110/km/h. Too much tire noise. The suspension is bumpy and harsh, the slightest unevenness is felt, even the structure of the tarmac is felt in the car. And you can hear the suspension all the time, it thumps and bangs, potholes are noticeable.... Here in Sweden the tarmac is usually very "rough". And you can hear the brakes... So there is very poor sound insulation from the wheels. The engine (1.5 l, 150 hp, a fantastically good engine) is almost not heard at all. I used to have a Citroen C4 (the new one, 2021), it was a shock to come from it to the Kamiq. In the Citroen C4 there's almost no tire noise and the suspension is so soft, smooth and comfortable and totally silent. Probably even better than BMW, Mercedes. Very strange because Skoda Kamiq and Citroen C4 have almost the same type of suspension. But I had a lot of problems with the Citroen, none at all with the Kamiq. You should test drive to be able to make an assessment yourself.

Great review as always! Do you have any idea when you will review the symbioz? I’m really curious about it.
Thanks 🙏 I wait for it .. probably in September

What do you think about mild hybrid 1.3 160?
mild hybrid is shit, extremely small battery, that almost makes no difference by having just a petrol car. Just go for full hybrid!
