Whats the purpose of "needle/tingling sensation" im confused. Needle/tingling sensation is better than regular serum? Or it means that the product can penetrate skin deeply than regular serum?

Personally I think that the Vt Reedle shot shows the same benefits as azelaic acid so I would just one product in a routine and not mix them together.
