Testing these products myself. Just started last night with the Reedle shot 100. Followed it up with the Cica sheet mask, then Sulwhasoo cream. Eliminating all my usual products for pm routine to see the real results. So far so good; morning after results are good. I’m excited to see the results in one month. I agree with you that mature skin will probably benefit more than younger skin. I’m 46 and wanted to switch up my retinol/glycolic for faster results. I feel like the redness on my face is hopeless. Keeping my fingers crossed for better results using the reedle shot. BTW, they have a calendar to guide you on what to use on certain days, if this helps anyone. Thank you!! Yes! I got the calendar too. But because I only wanted to test the 100 only, I just tracked my progress separate on my Excel sheet (which is what I used to generate the graphic chart). Mature skin definitely has more use for these shots. And what I liked is that, though it stings, my skin isn’t puffy the way it would be after using EMS devices. Redness is my nemesis at this point. I forgot to mention, using the Cica retinol with the Reedle shot helped with my skin texture and firmness. (PDRN helped too)
I agree the PDRN is now a staple in my skincare I will not be without! I am in my 40’s with slightly dry skin and the reedle shot combined with the PDRN has been a game changer for me. Smooth, glowy, radiant skin. Love love love.
Yes! I noticed that PDRN needs to be paired with something that is softening (like the Reedle shot or even a good hyaluronic acid toner). I also can’t live without it now!!
I asked VT staff and they say that I should not use PDRN and Reedle shot on the same day but on the website it says you can use Reedle shot then PDRN after , at night . I am confused 😂 @@rayliurWhat do you think?

I have ordered the 300 bottle but until now I have used the 300 via a 3in1 one time use. I bought the 700 and will use it on Friday night since we are going on prom/banquet on Saturday. I think I got results quite fast. I am also milia prone and I have not gotten any new ones all spring.

I just bought the 100 and have been looking for more comprehensive review of the products and how to use them. Yours is BY FAR the best overview and review. Thank you so much! I am 57 and had zero pain/discomfort from the 100 (and saw immediate results), so I am going to give the others a try. For follow up content, here are my questions: 1) what happens to the reedles? Did the company give you any information about any potential long term impacts? Do the reedles get absorbed at some point? Come out of your skin at some point? I saw that Dr Drey had a video that raised those concerns and I haven’t seen anything that addresses it. 2) can this safely be used with actives. I went ahead last night and used it with my tretenoin and had no issues, but want to make sure it is safe. 3) for your other viewers, I was trying to understand how to use this product and found a very helpful chart online that laid out a weekly rotation for 100,300,700,1000. I didn’t see any UA-camrs covering that and a lot of the content I saw was confusing as to whether you could use the 100 every day and then rotate in the 300/700/1000 in between or you have to choose between daily/weekly. It would be great if you could do a video on that. 4) what is best skin care to layer on top. This week, I have been doing the VT 100 + the Ordinary Agerilene + the Original Matrixyl. I would be interested in other great things to layer for different conditions. In particular, when you are over 50, you have wrinkles, but there is also this really difficult texture that is somewhere between dehydration and wrinkles that I get in my chin/lower face. Would love some ideas for that.

I believe there are actually newer studies that have been done in Korea about these spicules. From what I was told by VT, these reedles do not penetrate deep enough in our skin to cause foreign body masses. Instead, these reedles shed pretty quickly. I cleanse in the morning and have noticed that after cleansing, my skin no longer feels stinging or the prickliness of the reedles. 2) Yes, I paired the Reedle Shot with the retinol product as shown in the video. Reedle Shots are meant to open channels in our skin to let active travel deeper and quicker thru the layers. 3) I did not find the chart to be helpful for me. But I also don’t use the different ranges in the same week.
4) I have been consistently layering the PDRN Essence on top of my Reedle Shot. Sometimes, I would also add a Hyaluronic Acid Essence on top or Bakuchiol.

I think i had shared with you i personally had a bad experience with the Reedle Shot, but I'm glad you didn't. I have eczema prone skin and it definitely made it flare, but I know others have loved it. For me, I'm not comfortable with the concept yet, but am looking forward to seeing what studies are done long term. Until then, like you said, I can find products that suit me without going through any doubts. It was also great to hear about other products from VT I wasn't very familiar with. Yes, eczema prone skin would flare up due to the physical stinging of the spicules. Even for someone who might have reactive skin. Glad to see Reedle Shot on your channel! I love it. I think it is very depends on skin type. I'm using Reedle Shot 300 in a daily night routine. I feel only 6/10 pain level.
I currently use the reedle 100, 300 (1,5 months of testing) and the pdrn essence. All are great. I am still deciding which one I will rebuy (100 or 300) and I love the pdrn essence. I used this one for a few days and I am already thinking about buying a backup because shipping takes so long. I think I am more tolerant to pain and also over 30. For me its more 4/10, maybe 5/10 with reedle 300 but I can imagine it hurts others more.
I appreciate your video! I would really like to try the VT reedle shot, and I'm already convinced it does work in the short term, but I'm still too scared about the foreign object syndrome in the long term, allegedly forming bumps on the skin... I would like to see more research
I totally agree with you. That was my BIGGEST fear. But I realized that the reedles can’t travel deep enough beyond the stratum corneum. It just kind of sits there, opens a little portal in my skin, and let other products go thru. But I am PRAYING that foreign body syndrome doesn’t happen 3-5 years later 😅 if it does, come check back with me here. I’m glad I was the guinea pig 😂

I bought the reedle shot 100 and PDRN essence after watching this vid. It arrived yesterday and it’s weird, my skin felt ZERO pain or tingling. Maybe a 1/10 if im trying to notice. I’m in my 30s… I tried an AHA/BHA low percentage peel from the ordinary and my skin stung so bad! I expected a similar pain. I will see how it goes and maybe go to the 300.

Do you think it is a good idea to use it for 28 days and then pause or perhaps alternate with the 50 as a maintenance level. The idea of pausing is to allow the skin to get rid of the reedles in case they do not resolve. The thing is, I would resent giving up the good results. Thanks in advance

I recently received some of their latest Reedle Shot products but didn’t get the PDRN version. I think it’ll be great but since I have the two in separate forms, I’m still happy about it.
Did someone in the VT store said anything about being as effective as combining the reedle shot 100 with the PDRN essence 100? I'm thinking about buying this version with PDRN, but I wanted to make sure it has the same concentration of PDRN as the essence does.
I wanted to buy the pdrn essence separately and the rep at the VT store in korea told me that i dont need both. The consistency of the new pdrn reedle shot 300 seems much thicker like a cream i stead of gel with the older reedle 300 without pdrn.
I haven’t heard anything directly from VT. I suppose the product is meant to minimize the steps of Reedle shot and PDRN. Some people don’t want Reedle Shot and just want PDRN, so that’s why they still keep them separate for those who just want PDRN.

Aww! I think I mentioned it in the video too but no breakouts nor purging. It’s really gentle, and I think I like this more than Bakuchiol. I see better results with this retinal.
Hey, found you by looking for reviews on the synergy repair cream. Already love the basic reedle serum, vitalight version, PDRN essence. Can you remember whether the repair cream sinks into skin easily, or is oily and sits on top? I feel like I could use more reedles, but would rather not bump it up to the 300. On the other hand, I don’t love the texture of the eye cream (oily). Also, how is your reedle journey going? Have you stuck with it? Notice more improvements? I’m about a month in, still love it, but feeling like it’s continued better texture and evenness, not sure it’s going to actually get even better without other actives.
Hi! Thanks for tuning in! The repair cream didn't sink into my skin as easily as the essence. It did have an oily finish on my skin but fades over time (I think I mentioned that in the video). I am still using the Reedle Shot 100 (haven't bumped up to 300 yet). I'm really happy with the 100 at the moment, and I still pair it with my bakuchiol serum and PDRN essence.

Hi. I didn’t say you cannot. I just don’t think it’s necessary to do all that in one routine. Your skin needs time to let the healing process begin once the Reedle is in the skin layers.
Two pumps on my fingertip and i dot them on my cheeks and forehead. It is enough for coverage. Everything in moderation, and this is exactly what i meant by misuse. You do not need eight pumps of it.
Question: what should be the determination for which reedle shot level one would need? I have the 700 now and I don’t think it hurts at all. Like I’m curious if I am getting the same benefits of the higher ones but just maybe takes longer because of the amount of ingredients in the lower ones. I feel if I can handle the 700 I just bought a while ago, should I have gone with the 1000 instead? My skin is normal. No issues. Just trying to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
@@milliesnyder8512 thats a good question. if you feel no sensitivity from 700, you can finish the bottle and level up if you want. The level 1000 is more of a cream, in terms of texture. Hope this helps 🤗

And I use peptides and retinol with it to boost them. And a mask most nights say 9 out of 10.

I recently received some of their latest Reedle Shot products but didn’t get the PDRN version. I think it’ll be great but since I have the two in separate forms, I’m still happy about it.
Did someone in the VT store said anything about being as effective as combining the reedle shot 100 with the PDRN essence 100? I'm thinking about buying this version with PDRN, but I wanted to make sure it has the same concentration of PDRN as the essence does.
I wanted to buy the pdrn essence separately and the rep at the VT store in korea told me that i dont need both. The consistency of the new pdrn reedle shot 300 seems much thicker like a cream i stead of gel with the older reedle 300 without pdrn.
I haven’t heard anything directly from VT. I suppose the product is meant to minimize the steps of Reedle shot and PDRN. Some people don’t want Reedle Shot and just want PDRN, so that’s why they still keep them separate for those who just want PDRN.
Yes! I noticed that the higher levels are thicker. Probably to cushion the higher number of Reedles.

Aww! I think I mentioned it in the video too but no breakouts nor purging. It’s really gentle, and I think I like this more than Bakuchiol. I see better results with this retinal.

Thank you! Usually, I apply two pumps on my palm and then spread it evenly around my face. With two pumps, you get about 1.5 months tops.
Hey, found you by looking for reviews on the synergy repair cream. Already love the basic reedle serum, vitalight version, PDRN essence. Can you remember whether the repair cream sinks into skin easily, or is oily and sits on top? I feel like I could use more reedles, but would rather not bump it up to the 300. On the other hand, I don’t love the texture of the eye cream (oily).
Also, how is your reedle journey going? Have you stuck with it? Notice more improvements? I’m about a month in, still love it, but feeling like it’s continued better texture and evenness, not sure it’s going to actually get even better without other actives.
Hi! Thanks for tuning in! The repair cream didn't sink into my skin as easily as the essence. It did have an oily finish on my skin but fades over time (I think I mentioned that in the video). I am still using the Reedle Shot 100 (haven't bumped up to 300 yet). I'm really happy with the 100 at the moment, and I still pair it with my bakuchiol serum and PDRN essence.

Thank you! Some people tend to misuse it by applying dots across their entire face. You really only need two-three pumps for the entire face.

It should be. I haven't used PDRN with tret before (only retinol). Since PDRN is a reparative ingredient, it shouldn't go against tret is any negative ways.

Hi. I didn’t say you cannot. I just don’t think it’s necessary to do all that in one routine. Your skin needs time to let the healing process begin once the Reedle is in the skin layers.
I am unsure if i want to try the reedle shot. My skin is quite good, but i have a little redness, mostly on my chin and nothing have worked on it yet.
You can try their sample packs just on the chin. I agree that if your skin is generally good, theres no need to provoke it

How do u use two pump to cover your face? It took me 8 pumpe
Two pumps on my fingertip and i dot them on my cheeks and forehead. It is enough for coverage. Everything in moderation, and this is exactly what i meant by misuse. You do not need eight pumps of it.

Question: what should be the determination for which reedle shot level one would need? I have the 700 now and I don’t think it hurts at all. Like I’m curious if I am getting the same benefits of the higher ones but just maybe takes longer because of the amount of ingredients in the lower ones. I feel if I can handle the 700 I just bought a while ago, should I have gone with the 1000 instead? My skin is normal. No issues. Just trying to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
@@milliesnyder8512 thats a good question. if you feel no sensitivity from 700, you can finish the bottle and level up if you want. The level 1000 is more of a cream, in terms of texture. Hope this helps 🤗
