Such a fascinating session. It all goes back to our inner child - we need to nurture and support our inner child as it’s key to so many emotional issues we have as adults 💕

I'm like him. I don't hear from someone and think what did I do? I also had been neglected, abused, and abandoned as a child. I was my mother's scapegoat and whipping boy.

I am sorry for your trauma.. I totally understand your pain... I am 55 and that Spirit of abuse still trys to follow me... now its more emotional from people who are jealous

I am very much the same. My life is a constant self-accusation and feelings of being a bad person and that makes perfect opportunity for people to use me as their scapegoat 😢

@@XSD.1. your reply is that of a victim. Once we know the 'what' then it becomes our responsibility to repair the damage. People can't make you the scapegoat unless you sign up for the role. Sorry, but that's the reality. Thank god for Dr. Amen, Tana and his team who make available the tools and science to heal these conditions and give us the opportunity to have successful, joy filled lives - no longer filling ANY negative roles in the lives of others. May God's hand be over you and may you open your heart to healing.

    Hi Dr. Amen!
I'm one of your avid followers here in the Philippines.
I have a sibling with mental illness and your related explanations in UA-cam, helped me so much to fully understand his condition.
In our country, doctors in your field charge enormous professional fees that ordinary income earners like me cannot afford. Thus, everything bit of knowledge that i learn from you is a big help for me to navigate how to deal and care for him.
Thank you so much Dr. Amen! You are an "angel in white robe"!

This’s so helpful. Thanks for posting. Check the sound system for the next video, sometimes Dr Amen’s voice is too low and the mic doesn’t pick up the word.

Oh wow, to even get this chance to know, understand is such a gift, a relief. Truly, to be able to examine myself and to even understand why my brain works the way it does, that would be amazing. I do this now, learning and growing from such severe past childhood and teen trauma, basically just following me, chains bounding me. What a beautiful blessing for this gentleman. Doesn't make it easier, I believe, but understanding can bring so much healing. Especially with very deep rooted, soul, mind, body issues. What a very beautiful gift, Dr. Amen. You are a very loving soul. ❤️ And this gentleman is too! We all are love, loved, valued, worthy ♥️ God bless you all, love!
