Combination of aerobic, kickboxing steps.. I used to attend in the past classes and really powerful and efficient to lose weight and build up stamina. 35 minutes per session and execute 2 times a day and over 5 days over 3 month. Believe it you will become fitter with improved stamina. Thank you teacher leong.. 😉 😉 😘 😘 Good as to restart exercise program.
