I love my growcraft x6 600. Being able to mount the driver outside of my tent, keeps my temps about 10 degrees cooler than my ROI-e680 tent.

Actually, it's more like 8 degrees. But that's still a huge difference
To be fair. The ROI-e680 pulls 711 watts from the wall, while the x6 600 only pulls 608.
@@alexarel2010 10 degrees is a huge number for just removing a driver. With heat being just about the biggest enemy in one of these tents. ✌️

That’s gonna depend on the training you do and how far you have the light and how much of that intensity your plants can take without getting burn

Hey, quick question. Do you know anything about or have you heard anything about the Phlizon 6500 leds. I need a light for a 5x5 and the price is so good on this unit, I can't help but wonder if i am missing something. Any help is appreciated.

Everyone is. Hope its legal. That carbon filter is awsome but the heat signature the elec bill and smell will get you. You dont smell it all the time but every hr or so if your out side you will question if you smelled herb.
Is this light for veg and flower ?
107 degrees is what intrigues me. That and the fact it’s output is just below the line of needing co2. I’m buying one. Been saving for months

I bought myself a growcraft X3 a week a go, when it came it and I was unboxing everything, I didn't come across a power on/off switch. I was wondering if this was a mistake or are these lights made without a switch. I used a timer anyways, I'm just scratching my head, figured it'd have one.

I read how they lied about their efficiency numbers. I believe they tested the individual strips and not the entire fixture. They efficiency is really good they didn't need to lie about a couple of tenths. Its unfortunate because I really liked their lights. They even admitted they fudged the #s. That being said those par #s are great and it's a very good looking light 👌

No numbers we're fudged, we used to most accurate way of testing a big fixture such as the X6. Putting a large fixture into a sphere leaves a lot of room for error. What hanging height and power % do you recommend for veg and also in flower, in a two-by-four Mars Hydro oversized tent (2.5x4.5) using Growcraft x3?
2nd part lol, if I can't get it no less than 36 inches, should I increase power a little to make up for the distance between canopy and light?
Currently I have a setup running Autos at different stages. I have a wall mount fan that I can not go any lower with. My light distance to the canopy is determined by the height of the fan, because I can't low my fan any more my light at its lowest is at 36 inches.
This light is replacing 1 Mars Hydro TS 1000 AND 1 Spider farmer SF 1000

Thats very high numbers especially at 18 inches to be 700 to 800 at 4 feet is awesome...especially at 2.9 umohls per jewel.... i look at the 2.9 as horsepower

The Ecofarm 4-6-8 bar Led bar lights are half the price same good quality in aluminum and Samsung 301h diodes for $599 test them they have a X 330 only($357) to 1000 watt LED bars All using Samsung diode's half of what other led distributors asking😉
Wonder what readings be like at say 60% at about 6 " for those who like to multi-tier scrog in a 4x4...
Agreed 50% power at 6 or 8 inches would be nice

Could someone do measurements in a 5x5?
To save everyone the trouble of waiting or reading comments ill just tell you all now that on multiple tests by multiple independents.. and or in Competition tests such as the Migro Testing processes.. this Chilled x6 light in this video has the highest PPF and PPFD of any Light in the industry.. and not just a 2.71 over a 2.70.. and not even a 2.8 over a 2.7.. im talking like.. 3.20 !! Insaaaaane!!!! And it wasn't a happy in-house test either.. this was the Competition testing it!! And spewing about the results asking God how could they do this!! Haha. But I mean anything above 2.7 is gunna kill it.. and id rather have the ballast up on the light up off the floor like what the competetion does just makes things easier I feel.. so.. yeah.
Thanks for your great led review The ChilLed is hands down the best Growmau5 been prefected these led diode's but at $929 for a 480 watt 3 bar is insanely expensive thanks to Mars Sp-3000 we have a affordable led that matches the ChilLed line 💪

I almost bought one of these. Then I found the geeklight geekbeastpro and thought it was better for less. Actually, I haven’t found a good light with as even coverage as the geekbeast. Plus separate uv and ir switches. Very happy with my purchase. Would love to see your thoughts on it..

what happened to 12" measurements??
1200 @ 18" which is arguably too much so decided to take higher measurements instead so growers can get somewhat of an idea for Veg and seedling light distances. Running this light lower than 18" will most likely burn your plants.

looks like everyone's ripping off the fluence design. at least half are. the rest are ripping the hlg quatum's. i know someone will say no they're not. i say bs the growmaus was working there and absolutely reversed the fluence design its on his channel.
What humidifier do you use for 48x48x80 grow tent have a problem keeping my humidity between 60-70
60-70 % is too high most people shoot for 40-50 and even as low as 30 for late flowering

Thats a nice light. You should check out danklightco. I built 2 10 bar lights from them. 2 hlg480h- c1750 drivers on each light. Their 8 bar light kit has par numbers in the 1240 range. Not sure what mine is putting out because I don't have a par reader but im sure its up there pretty high. Really even coverage too. And cost efficient as well. It cost me about $1150 apiece to build with the 10 bar kit and drivers. Danklightco is a up and coming light company. The customer service is on point as well.
2 Mars Sp-3000 in that same area and it smashes the ChilLed line although ChilLed is the best LED lights period after Mars now🙈🙉🙊

600W is perfect for 5x5 but in 4x4 is overpowered - it makes no sense change from HPS to LED if u use the same wattage
All these new companies using the same materials and slapping a logo on wake tf up cannabis community if you can grow your own shyt you have the ability to craft your own grow light you can make 3 of these for the price you pay for this trash
you should make vids showing how i would watch. people like me have more money than sense with that kinda stuff ive over paid for everything in my grow but when its to produce weed i coulda have paid 4 times the amount and still been ahead its about the time it would take me to figure out how to build myself thats not worth wasting. i know its not hard but its one more barrier to actually start growing but if there were step by steps or overalls of what i needed it would be do able.
