My Gosh, you shared something so intimate, I was so ashamed. But last week I went out to the movies alone, to a very nice part of the city, I was dressed up, I didn't study that weekend and I just really felt better than I have been for a long time.
i have multiple playlists that I play at the start of the day - gets me pumped and out of the rutt. I've been meditating a lot more (i highly recommend this for everyone). Also, staying hydrated - helps fuel all the body things. ->> feeling physically better helps to support my mental health.
You look more delighted these days as well! I find exercise and eating healthier helpful in maintaining good mental health. Also, I'm just really grateful for my friends who I care about and who care about me. Life is awesome!
I used to watch you in high school when I was thinking of being an actuary. I liked your personality too. Also, I find that my mental health is aided by realising that even if I have a problem, feeling bad about it does nothing to help. And also, if I feel bad for no reason at all, feeling bad about that is certainly not going to help. And then I think about how grateful I am for my short life and the possibilities available to me simply because I exist. And usually if I still feel bad, I would just accept it and try not to make it worse with my own deliberate or compulsive actions. Would be cool to see an update from you, I don’t think your videos need be high effort at all, your personality is entertaining.

Your videos create this illusion that you’re my friend chatting with me, which is strange, but mostly positive. So there’s that. Through the *power* of the internet, you’ve entered the outer orbit of my social circle. Not sure that’s natural. But, mostly positive. Anyway, hope you’re well too.
Yeah I love my gratitude journal. Sometimes I'll write in it for 5 consecutive days.. other times I'll take a couple weeks off. It's a very forgiving system!

Def walking, got gifted a fitbit, 10k steps per day recommend, doing them daily or at least 5 times is so good. Feel better since I started doing it

I usually watch comedy or any sort of absurd cartoon. Laughter and cracking jokes helps me keep my sanity. Try it. It might help.

Cold showers have been doing me a eorld of good of late.
Eating at the same time every day is important to me. Of course the food has to be healthy.
