Looks good - I think I would add a batten. Your eye will always go to the dormers every time you drive in - even though nobody else will notice haha
True that! Since building we've developed an eye for looking at other houses under a microscope 😆
Hey guys - add a baton with double sided sticking tape but ensure the RATIO of baton to gap is the same as the house baton to gap ratio. Then, even though its different gaps, the ratio, that your eye sees will be the same. GREAT job again!👍👍👍👍
And if you don't fall in love with it, you just peel it off..... super simple. 🥰🥰🥰
Love your videos....subscribed today! Have a vinyl sided house with zero window trim other than a 2 inch white piece around them...whatever that is called. I want a 5 or 6 inch trim around all the windows. And so I would have to cut out the lapped vinyl around the windows to install some sort of trim and have it sit flush to the house correct? Thanks for any suggestions!

Were you able to install the electrical wire throughout the house without an electrician signing off? Sorry I couldn't find the video of the wire pulls.
Many areas, especially so the more rural you get, will allow an owner to do their own electrical. So long as appropriate permits are pulled, it's done to code, and the inspector passes it, it's good to go. Most residential electrical is not super complicated.
Yep we did it ourselves! Passed inspection no problem, inspector said it was some of the neatest work he’s seen. Videos incoming shortly
