Hello :) I'm from India. I really hope you can either reply to my comment, or post a video considering my situation, as it will be very helpful. So I have a complicated situation. I have PCOS. In 2020 had an ectopic on my left side, so now we can only baby dance when the egg is to be released from the right to be safe side. We were to go for IUI this cycle. I was kept on fermara/letrozole from day 3 to 7 of my cycle, and I have a beautiful follicle. On day 11, at 18.9 mm follicle size, we took HCG trigger of 5000 iu for ovulation induction. However, I didn't ovulate, and on day 14 at follicle size 26.5, and no ovulation, my doctor decided to cancel IUI this cycle, and she said that a lot of times silent rupture happens that is not very clear on follicle scan as well, so better start trying naturally. However, I have been checking ovulation strips as well like crazies, no positive, just the fading trigger shot. So, I wish to know if it's possible to ovulate like on cycle day 18 or 21, and does this happen that even after the trigger you don't ovulate at all?
