That was very cool, Patty Anne......just made my first t-shirt today with layered vinyl.....WHEW!!! It didn't come out too bad! Practice makes perfect! I also made that Hexagon Box today.....that was fun. I love watching your videos...and...I'm with you....coffee makes everything perfect!
I've only use the same cardstock for my rhinestone templates.....Great.....As soon as I get back to working I'll be joining yous classes.....I really like your teaching style.
They do but the way they are shaped if you roll another one over top of it it helps to bump that one out and the new one can go in. Maybe I’ll post a picture of this in our Facebook group
There are different sizes that you can choose within the software depending on the size of your rhinestones (and they are automatically made). I usually use the 10ss
@@PattyAnnesPlace What are your settings you use to cut card stock? I’m having major issues with my cameo not cutting properly. By not cutting properly I mean I have sent my cameo to cut out shapes like a circle, triangle, square and it does not cut even remotely those shapes, it just looks like scratches trying to look like those shapes but barely. I am using card stock to try and make rhinestone templates as well, and I just recently purchased the graphtec CB09 holder and blades from eBay because I was told the auto blade I have may have been worn out due to a previous owner. I have purchased the Cameo 3 from a previous owner who claimed to have only used it a handful of times, it came to me in all the original packaging and looks to be pretty much untouched, however I am worried it may be the machine but I have no way of knowing.
@@L.Lavender I got my cameo 4 new and the blades weren't good either. I got the ratchet blades and they are pretty much all I use. I also got the cb09 but haven't gotten around to trying them out yet.
you didnt show how you cut your paper on your mat mine stuck on the mat and ruined the sticky mat. i tried using felt with a plastic paper backing n that crap stuck to it too, then i tried just the flock on it, and that stuck, im at my wits ends trying to find videos n ruining stuff
A dull pencil dipped in soft wax works great as a pick up tool. And it’s free!! Thanks, PattyAnne! I love learning new things from you.
GREAT tip!

Do you have to weed the holes out or the machine cuts it out perfectly?
The machine does it pretty well. There may be a few you have to weed out.
Thank you

Where do you get your rhinestones?
I have gotten a lot of my rhinestones from the rhinestone world when they have sales.

I am new to the Cricut world. Can anyone tell me if you can use Oracal 651 on Cricut?
Yes you sure can!
What’s HTV?
Htv Stands for heat transfer vinyl. It is vinyl that you can cut with your cutting machine and use an iron or a heat press to inherit to fabric etc.
what is card stock sorry to ask a silly question
It is like very heavy paper.

Can you show us how to make signs without using those darn machines, ie, Circuit, Cameo, Oracle. Good Lord, not everyone can afford those things.
