[Ingredients]
・Bushmills "Single Malt 10 Years" 30ml
・Blended coffee beans (medium-dark roast) 12g
・Water 90ml
・Very Dark Maple Syrup 20ml
・Heavy cream (45% milk fat) 30-40ml
・Homemade Coffee Spice *1
*1 Grind coffee beans, cardamom, cloves, mace, star anise, homemade dried tangerine peel, smoked chili pepper, etc., in a grinder, and mix them together.
[How to make]
①In a mixing tin, combine Bushmills "Single Malt 10 Years" and water, give it a light swirl, and pour it into an espresso maker. Grind the coffee beans, set them in the espresso maker, and heat over medium-low heat.
②Pour hot water (not specified amount) into a glass to warm it. Whip the heavy cream thoroughly with an electric whisk.
③Discard the hot water from the glass, pour the coffee from step 1, add Very Dark Maple Syrup, and stir. Float the whipped cream from step 2 and sprinkle homemade coffee spice on top.
