Great job showing and telling, when I build my pole barn and put the water to it I’ll no how thanks man keep up the good work showing and telling. Have a good one see you next time see ya bye.
I own a beautiful home on top of a mountain in Pennsylvania! And you would never think water wouldn't be an issue? Man we have too much water It's crazy! The good part is it's ice cold year round!
I don't know if it would be suitable for you... but I recently learned, after watching Andrew Camarata testing one, that you can buy a small but BRAND NEW excavator for $4,000 (he said). He really put it through it's paces, but he says it's a REALLY good machine and did what he wanted it to do. It wouldn't take too many rental fees, and you'd make that money back... and probably be a whole lot more productive/efficient for all the stuff you do anyway. Anyway, he did this testing thing within the last few months and probably wouldn't be too hard to find if you want to see this thing in action. I've been thinking of getting one for my brother...
I maybe wouldn't have put those frost free spigot on the barn shut off valve. During the cold you stated having to turn the water off to the burn also shutting off the frost free spigot defeating the purpose of them.
I'd probably consider using 1 more of the frost free tall spigot's and place it just outside of the barn instead of the one mounted to the exterior of the barn, and maybe 1 more inside the barn for that future inside sink/whatever supply so that you can cut off those above ground inside-the-barn stuff in the winter but still have access to your exposed exterior water in the winter. and thanks for sharing!

I’ll have to check those out. That’s definitely is affordable compared to how much they charge. Thanks
