Thanks so much for the comments everyone, really appreciate all the positive vibes. My apologies if I don't respond right away as I'm usually out again working on the next video, lol.
It was such a joy to watch all of you get together and photograph these beautiful locations in the snow. A magic winterland which you've all captured in your own unique ways. I do hope you all get to have a reunion in other locations. Adam, your images, down to the very detail, is just amazing to look at and every one of them would look so good on the wall. Thank you for sharing. ☺️
What a beautiful sunday morning: watching new vlogs from my two favourite photographers, Adam Gibbs and Simon Baxter. Thanks! Love the ice cage images Adam.
Who needs B roll when you have a collection of images like those shared in the video. From the shots from previous trips to the most recent they just got better and better. Engrossing from start to finish, brilliant stuff Adam 👌👍
Whatever trepidation you had about walking out in the dark, I think it was well worth it for those beautiful ice stalagmites 😊. Just amazing to see, and you all managed to avoid the goblins on the way out too 😃
Really like the intro covering the challenges of shooting in the cold. Really loved the close-ups of the rocks in the river with the frost as well as the close up of the ice stalagmites in the cave.
Thank you all for the videos over the past few weeks. It has been a joy and also hilarious seeing all the antics that you Brits (plus Nick) get up to. BTW, Gavin, get a D850!
This is pure art! All photos are insane! And last photos of the cave are unreal!!! Absolutely stunning!! Thank Adam for sharing your art through the light!!👌
Paused and rewound and paused again at each shot. I enjoyed each photo but the last one just made me smile. The four of you put up some fantastic footage and you should consider doing a collaboration, taking all the footage, editing and put it out in a combined video. I would pay for that. Thanks for taking us along.
The intimate images of the frost and stream are so beautiful they look like frosty gems. The way I remember it is stalagmites have a g for ground and stalactites have a c for ceiling hope that helps! ☺️
Not only do I enjoy the photos you provide but your presentation and attention to detail with the video portion is top notch. It's nice hearing your review of a particular image after viewing it on a large screen. Great work and enjoyed the collaboration.
Adam, I really enjoyed all the videos that came out of the “juicy boys” trip to the Rockies. The grand vistas are incredible, but after seeing this video, it should convince anyone that there are good compositions in the details that surround us, even in less exotic places than the Rockies. I especially enjoyed your tree pictures, they absolutely represent your “quiet light” theme. Thanks for the great content.
1K likes and 0 dislikes. UA-cam must have been hacked. Not one hater? Congrats to Adam! Now I expect that the 4 of you will do other adventures. The different viewpoints have been awesome.
Thank you for another lovely video. Those photographs to cover the lack of b roll were a brilliant idea. This series from all you guys has been wonderful. So a huge thanks from me here in the much warmer U.K.
Those photos you got from the creek with the frost and snow pillows are absolute tops. You always inspire me to look down at those details instead of always up at the grand landscape.
Very genuine and modest as always Adam. I enjoyed the snowy frost abstracts, very inspiring out of the box stuff. And those ice shots! Sometimes photographers have to go out of their way to get those once in a lifetime shots. I'm glad you didn't encounter any abominable snowmen! ;)
I have very much enjoyed the videos of this adventure from all of you, but this one in particular is a real joy to watch - despite the "lack" of video. The sharing of your thoughts and reasoning, and the flat out gorgeous work both past and present as it were, are brilliant. But what really shines through, at least for me, is a very real sense of humble confidence, You'd be a fine one to share such times with Mr. Gibbs; thanks for sharing such excellent content with us all.
Loved this series of videos from all of you with, would love to see you all join up again and do some more! All the images were fantastic to top it off.
Great photos, Adam. I have really enjoyed seeing the trip the 4 of you photographers made to the Canadian Rockies from the 4 different perspectives. Cheers
What!? Those guys didn't come to check up on you to make sure you hadn't frozen to death? Such friends! Humph! Seriously, it has been great fun watching the videos from all 4 of you. As always, you did a fantastic job. Thanks for risking your life so I don't have to. :~) Beautiful!
Great vlog series from the Rockies Adam. Beautiful Images from your previous trips and of course these you took on this cold day. I really loved the shot of the Mountain with the old snag and the last shot of the Stalagmites in that Cavern.
Those images at the beginning are phenomenal!! Really liked how you talked us through the images and your thought process on how you took them. The final image of the ice cave is really good too!
Some beautiful images over this series Adam; you definitely came away with the most original shots. It has been great watching how you all interacted and the different thought processes. Top job!
Wow Adam, that is quite a quality collection of winter imagery. There are very few people able to capture what it is really feels like to be in the Rockies and you somehow are able to do it over and over again. Love the details my friend. Can’t wait to do it again with you.
Very cool stuff! I very much prefer the cropped image of the stalagmites with the blue tones- very nice Adam. I am sad to see this photo collaboration come to an end. You blokes need to collaborate quarterly or so...perhaps once each season.
Great shots Adam. The last one of the ice stalagmites was beautiful and otherworldly, like something from Star Wars! The Mt Chefren shot was simply stunning!
Adam is very under-rated on UA-cam. He should have way more subscribers. Perhaps his innate British conservatism puts him at a disadvantage compared to the Americans who tend to be much more animated, boisterous and loud. I know who I prefer far more (hint, not Jared).
I really enjoyed this little series, everybody’s videos and the photos were beautiful as always. I really liked the close up of the stalagmites with the blue tones. It was a nice detail and I am looking forward to you revisiting the place. 😀
I recently came across you thanks to Thomas. It's been a very entertaining series following the four of you LOL. I'm now working my way through your videos and have to say, I really love your photography and videos. Cheers
Hi Adam, I really enjoy watching your videos. They are high quality, educational and also intertaining - probably the British gene :). On top of all that, excellent photography. Thank you! Looking forward to the next one.
Adam, you really saved the best for last on your videos. These detail images are really what it is all about. They require a lot more compositional effort in my opinion and up close, the attention to detail required is a lot more difficult. Fantastic!
Shame about the batteries but a lesson learned, however all the images through out all the Canadian Rockies vlogs have been amazing. Great content again keep up the good work.
Yes, what a great trip! Nice to watch everyone's vid's over the 5 days to see the different cameras, lenses, compositions, and perspectives working in the harsh conditions of the Rockies in Winter. It would be beneficial for all of you to get together again on another adventure in late summer or fall. Thx Adam 🍻
This has been a fascinating series from all of you. It’s interesting to see how you all view things differently and come up with such varying compositions. As an aide memoire; mites go up and tites come down, that’s how I always remember which is which. Thanks Adam. ATB
Another amazing set of shots Adam. I'm normally drawn to the big vistas but I really like the shapes, mix of textures and light in that 'chicken' shot. I also really like the composition and the inner glow on the left peak in the picture of Mt. Chephren. It has been really interesting to see how my 4 favourite landscape photographers approach their photography in the same area and the results. Having said I'm normally drawn to the big vistas, there is one image which has stayed with me from everyone's images and that is your shot of that single aspen - superb.
I loved the image of the snag/stump with Mt Chephren in the background. Listening to you say that you didn't warm to it straight away reminds me of LP's when I was younger where you would go immediately to the *killer* track and then sometime in the future that not so much listened track on the LP suddenly hits you like a freight train! As ever great content and I think everyone who has seen the series from your group meet up has enjoyed it, I certainly have. Maybe Thomas can drag you all back to the UK sometimes to do a "European edition" ? :) Also I think you should invite TH to some of your VC honeypot locations, I think he would enjoy that immensely.
Hey Adam, another superb video. This series has been fantastic in so many ways and it's sad that it had to end but of course it had to. The locations have been epic and your photography is stunning. Hope you guys team up in the future for more fun & photography. Well done all of you 👍
Great set of Vlogs Adam, wonderful scenery and and the Ice Cave was very unexpected. Next time you visit the cave you could take so coloured lights and see what effect you can get blending them.
Very well done! No problem about the lack of b-roll. It always worths to watch your videos. By the way very funny series all togheter. I really wish you all will be able to do that once per year at least.
Great video series Adam. I love yours as well as the others'. It sure is fun to see the comradery of you all together and then to see everyone's individual images after. I think collectively you all take the cake for the videos of the year!
Thanks so much for the comments everyone, really appreciate all the positive vibes. My apologies if I don't respond right away as I'm usually out again working on the next video, lol.
Adam, you are one of the very best content producers I've ever watched on UA-cam. Thank You!
Scott Katzenoff Absolutely he is 🙏👍
Truth.
I have to agree!
Every single photographer on this canadian trip is photo-ace. But must say, mr. Gibbs, your photos are way over them all.
Those tight shots with the ice lit up are just pure awesomeness.
The "snow pillows" compositions are divine, Adam. They all are, but those are my favourites. Hope you're feeling better.
It's been a joy jumping around your, Thomas's and Garvin's channels to see different perspective of these magnificent locations.

0.28 seconds in and I'm already blown away by an image. I love your processing man, insane talent.
That ice cave was awesome. I think colored light would have been cool too.
Of all the photos inside the cave, the last one is best. Love it.
Beautiful winter photographs, i am watching it over and over. Thanjs for sharing with us.
You are the best Adam. No more words!
Awesome images of the ice in the cave. Thanks for sharing
It's been fun watching everyone's videos and perspectives from the trip. Well done.
This has been an amazing series. What a wonderful place. Cheers.
Thanks for sharing Adam. Thankfully you guys made it out safely. Your snow pillow, and mountain photo were awesome.
Beautiful picture Adam, thank you very much for sharing
absolutely stunning. Thank you for posting your adventure.
Last ice picture is awesome... specially the lighting and the pale blue color

I have enjoyed watching all of you guys Vologs of the area. I think your face plant is the snow was by-fare the funniest.
I appreciate the way you look for something besides the obvious to shoot.
Final photo - superb!

So of course one Troll had to click on dislike. Still only one troll.
Probably my x wife, lol.
Love the second ice cave shot 👍🏻
Thank you for another lovely video. Those photographs to cover the lack of b roll were a brilliant idea. This series from all you guys has been wonderful. So a huge thanks from me here in the much warmer U.K.
Loved the last ice pic...can't wait for your next adventure

Uncle Grumpy, you really scored with that last image of the ice stalagmites. Great series from all of you!
Those photos are amazing.
I love this adventure you took us on with these guys. Hope you do more like this. Great photos as always
Great vlog series from the Rockies Adam. Beautiful Images from your previous trips and of course these you took on this cold day. I really loved the shot of the Mountain with the old snag and the last shot of the Stalagmites in that Cavern.
Another great adventure, thanks Adam
Thanks so much for your interesting, pertinent, and honest narrative; especially your reasoning behind your composition and camera settings.
Wholeheartedly agree.
Those images at the beginning are phenomenal!! Really liked how you talked us through the images and your thought process on how you took them. The final image of the ice cave is really good too!
I am obsessed with ice and love your ice shots!
Some beautiful images over this series Adam; you definitely came away with the most original shots. It has been great watching how you all interacted and the different thought processes. Top job!

Bob Ross had an afro and he was very mild-mannered, lol. Thanks!
Some outstanding images. Great stuff, looking forward to more if your images.
Hi Adam, love the backlight stalagmites at the very end, great stuff as usual.
Love those intimate detailed shots. Great work Adam.
Beautiful images Adam

I like that the last image , its very well done , very Adam Gibbs !:)
I do love your video but this was a special treat to get to see so many of your still images. Ice cave: amazing!
Adam, you really saved the best for last on your videos. These detail images are really what it is all about. They require a lot more compositional effort in my opinion and up close, the attention to detail required is a lot more difficult. Fantastic!

Superbe video Adam! Hopefully this become an annual tradition. Thank you for sharing!
