I'm starting my own machine shop in a few days. I'm revisiting all the (g)old videos. Guess what, these videos are super helpful.

You know that you help people and that's awesome. Yet I still think you have no idea how much, I have been a CNC programmer for years and bc of you plan to start my own business. We have pretty much the same backstory. Poor, locked up, homeless, and finding the Lord. I truly believe I found you because of God, you Sir are simply an inspiration.

One thing I like about him is that his very patriotic. I come from a different country and its sad to see people here that have so much disrespect and they have no idea how good they have it here. I'm glad he's doing well you work hard you can make it.

Incredible how God created genes so AWESOME! that make who you are even though you don't know in life, but they will lead you there automatically once one is aligned to God. So COOL!

Love the enthusiasm you have for what you do.. If only there were more leaders/owners like you out there.. I wish i lived in Cali id would love the chance to get a job at your shop and learn CNC from a guy like you.. I live and work near detroit at a machlne and tool shop that does work mainly for the automotive and automation industry.. I spend 10+ hours a day on a knee mill(bridgeport) and have been losing intrest in my job and been tryimg to figure out how I can transition from manual machining to CNC programming and operating but I cant afford the training/schooling so I'm stuck where im at for the time being.. Good luck with your company keep up the great work and keep at the videos I really enjoy them

Well said sir! I will politely disagree with one small segment of your presentation regarding what you said about surface finish. Flawless would have been my choice of wording. Surface finish is a design requirement, too rough a finish the mating surface may be ruined; yet on the other hand too fine a finish the the mating parts may not seal properly, as in a piston ring sealing with the cylinder bore it travels in.
Your focus and drive is outstanding and I love the way you present your company, from the advertizing, to the lobby, to the shop floor; first class all the way speaks volumes! I also love how you promote your business, the trade and American Manufacturing; thank you!

A business should be able to sell itself as a High Quality item producer, and i like to see people talking positively about there business.
But the reality is people give very little thought to the quality of items they just want to know $$$$$$$$$$.
    How much cheaper.
Do not get me wrong we need to produce good quality items that are cheaper but rarely this can happen.
We all know quality comes at a price, Time Spent is not for love its is for money that is why its called a business not a hobby.
    Love this video.
    But reality bites.

There are many information in his weblog "titansofcnc.com" which are free, from programing in 3d using Fusion 360 software programs and videos will help you understand the the basics of CNC manufacturing, using CAD and CAM manufacturing in basic and advance level, I suggest you first thoroughly research and practiced the 3d programs in model and CAM programing, and also go to Haas.com which is cnc machine manufacturer and you can get extra information and videos and tips in CNC machine running, you can get many catalogue and cnc operating manuals for different CNC machines manufactured by HAAS , also you will find handbooks in Lathe and Milling cnc operating manuals.
to buy the cnc machines you can start buying second hand machines in USA , just google , used Haas cnc used machines, you will find many working condition used machines.
About what to buy it will depend what you want to manufacture and how much space do you have, start from small machines once perfected and have enough confident buy bigger and multi axis machines 4x or 5x which brings manufacturing process cheaper and competitive in market.
Surely watch Haas and titans videos in youtube or in their weblog.
Sorry Titan, no offence just helping to Mahesh to have some basic information.

      Right on Brother!!
So many things that Titan says touches the heart.
Maybe because he has so much passion, about the shop, US, morals, and he respects his fellow man!
You can tell he has experience of being in Hard Times!
Like the Phoenix, rose from the Ashes, and became a leader in his industry.
He evokes loyalty in his fellow man, because he does what he says, and stands by those he supports by providing a good honest work environment.
I cannot praise this channel high enough,
      Love from Sydney Australia.

Came here to learn about maching, stayed to listen to a 10 min rant why America is great.
But in all fairness, it is (I am saying this a German).
The US is a country with a value based identity, which is more powerfull than the culture based identity many European countries have and the nothing identities based on some ideology or dictator so many other countries have.
