Love, DMB you can tell they love each other and playing for the fans. Like How Roi is just chillin next to Dave doesn't seem to care for the interview lol.
Came here from the Ryler Walker article. Man, I remember taping this to my DV camcorder and rushing it into Windows Movie Maker so I could share it with the Ants and ASTB forums via my AIM getfile late that night. I felt so cool. I'd die if this was the same source file...
Carson always liked dmb and Dave at the time was going thru the same old song and dance with old stuff is better that most bands go thru, so Carson is not going to say to their face your old stuff is better and new stuff sucks. So he could of worded it better.
Definitely my new favorite band also why do the audience have to like their pretending to have fun when they’re performing grey street just say screw it and let lose and have fun real fun/ towards the end they let lose start to scream and have fun 😂😂😂😂😂omg
It's crazy to me the lillywhite sessions are considered unfinished, but I cant live without them. I can't imagine a world where I never heard Monkey Man. It doesn't get played otherwise.
Carson: “What would you say in that last hour?” Dave: *turns to Boyd* “Boyd, where’d you get that shirt?!” Camera cuts to Boyd with a shirt that says Vancouver.
Sheesh. No joke. Carson was awful in this one. Thankfully, the music is the only reason I’d watch this. Some weird unprepared (or not well thought out) questions.
All you people complaining about Carson's questions are overlooking how awesome it is that he dedicated an entire show to DMB. That shit is awesome and he earned the right to ask any question he wants. He was/is obviously a fan so why bitch?
But you can see that he was either ill prepared, star struck or just high, because last call was not TRL its adults watching he did not transition to the adult late night format., and yet NBC put him on the Today show ( I think)
Best musicians on the planet.
Remember this night. Summer after my freshman year in college. Man time flys
💖 DMB is somehow sewn in our lives. I hear them & it always brings me back in time
we will all be dead before we know it!
Damn but they are sooo good
"...those days are gone forever; i should just let em go but..."

Band is tight.
Oh,2002/03, The good ol' days, before life REALLY showed its evil side.Or at least was to young, optimistic to notice it.
I don’t know how I missed this particular show, but thank you so much uploading this! Really enjoyed!
Thanks for the upload!

What’s wrong with having an opinion, though
It's nice to see people enjoying the moment rather than having a 100 phones pointed in front of their face.
It’s crazy to think this was recorded 15 days after I was born
That is Butch Taylor on the piano.
this man has endured so many of life's bad things & has endured them; so many bad things & continues on!!!
Definitely my new favorite band also why do the audience have to like their pretending to have fun when they’re performing grey street just say screw it and let lose and have fun real fun/ towards the end they let lose start to scream and have fun 😂😂😂😂😂omg

Carson is cringe-worthy in this video.
THIS video?

Back when they were still them. Still had the magic. They just sound like bored virtuosos nowadays.
Are you depressed? They sound incredible these days and have plenty of ‘magic’.
