    I found a meditation bench to kneel on the best. I need a blanket though, it's getting colder now. I also need to take more photos outside in nature and the landscape, I have a fully manual film camera now so that helps me slow down and notice more things. Great outro. :)

    Thank you. I found TM a few years back and paid around 400 pounds at the time for the initiation and mantra/checking. Did get some benefit but found I was getting really bad derealisation from it.
    Shall look into the practices above and go back to guided meditation.

    I’ve started on strattera now after having tried all the stimulant medications. I’m excited to try it based on your experiences.

    I’ve heard about Yoga Nidra, but I must’ve quickly forgotten about it 🤷🏻‍♂️ thank you so much for the reminder! I’ve been taking Wellbutrin and my sleep hasn’t been as good. I just created a nightly reminder on my phone so I don’t forget 😁
    Your energy in this video was noticeably different. Maybe because this video had a set structure and plan. You just seem more upbeat and well spoken, like you’re in your element! Which is nice to see 👍🏻

    Oh I thought I should also mention: if you’re trying to grow this channel, maybe experiment with different times of the day to publish. My UA-cam subscription feed is absolutely packed on Saturdays and I almost didn’t see you had uploaded. Mine are in chronological order and I had to scroll pretty far down on my phone to see this video. I don’t do the 🔔 reminders- too many notifications every day.
    Or maybe you know exactly what you’re doing because you’re the UA-camr 😆

    I tried meditating with crossed legs many times, my feet started to get numb, lol I like doing meditation by sitting on my bed, back against the wall :)
